Disarm (Iron Heretics MC Book 2) Kindle Edition

4.3 out of 5 stars 537 ratings

I’m not in the market for a Daddy.

Famous last words, right?

I wasn’t in the market to get kidnapped either. Lucky for me, a burly, beautiful man decided he was going to rescue me and take care of me whether I liked it or not. Well, I did like it. Maybe too much and even though I’m safe now, he still wants to take care of me.

Did I mention he’s a member of the Iron Heretics MC? Turns out to be a good thing because my past is about to catch up with me and there’s no way I’d survive disarming that threat alone.

Disarm is the second book in the Iron Heretics MC series. The series is best read in order.

I'm usually not big on the daddy/boy storylines, I usually find them silly and off putting, but this one was fantastic. I really enjoyed the dynamic between both MCs and they flowed really well together and that's what makes for a realistic romance and I thoroughly enjoyed Axel and Leith. These Iron Heretics are a lot of fun to read and I'm enjoying the series and highly recommend it.

This is a good starter MC romance. Not too heavy on the MC aspects, but definitely true to them. The romance between Axel and Leith was sweet, and felt very authentic to the characters. I would have liked a little more of the suspense angle, but that’s just me. I love high suspense. That said, that part of the book was well done. I just wanted more of it. But it being short in no way diminished my enjoyment of this book. Highly recommended.

This series is fabulous. Although I really wish the books were longer. I’d love to see some more development between the two MC’s.

Very enjoyable, but there was a lot packed in. This is what I would call "dark-lite". There were dark themes and the MC itself is a tad dark but its not really a gritty story. IT was an enjoyable read and I liked the continuation of this series.

I just felt like a lot was packed onto Leith. He was kidnapped completely randomly ( not to the story, but as a character choice) and then all the rest packed on seemed a bit much. Still it was a good story and definitely worth reading. I will continue the series and would recommend this author any day ending in " y".

This was a fast paced shorter story. It had daddy/boy but no age play. It took place right after the events of book 1 so it's helpful to read that book first.

Leith and Axel have a pretty dramatic start. When Leith is kidnapped and tortured. And Axel’s daddy side comes out in full force. But once one enemy is destroyed another one takes his place. But with Axel by his side their isn’t anything or anyone getting Leith again. I truly loved this book! It’s low steam but a super sweet love story.

Loved it. Poor Leith gets kidnapped and beaten for information. Axel from Heretics rescues him. They seem to be progressing very well, albeit slowly with their relationship when an ugly part of Leith's past comes roaring in. Leigh needs to find the strength to trust Axel completely and let him in. Looking forward to the next one.

I was curious about this book so gave it a shot. I've definitely discovered that it's not my type of thing at all.

Having said that it was OK for some just not for me.
