I have read many books by this author and enjoyed "The Dunoon Assassin" a lot. It has a very timely and interesting plot, with historical details about an ethnic massacre in Amritsar, India in the early 1900's. This event shaped the lives of all the characters and their ancestors. Although the plot is about the effects of this massacre, it also parallels many other small and large tragic events in immigrant, native and Black lives. All this with non-stop action.

Thank you to the publisher who lent me a time-constrained e-arc via netgalley, with no obligation. This review is optional and my own opinion.
