Love doesn't always go smoothly. You can think something you saw was one thing --but actually it is not what you think it is. This happens to both of them. Meanwhile her daughter has a boyfriend who is the son of the mayor who is giving all the problems! And the mystery of her fathers disappearance many years ago is still a mystery waiting to be solved. This is a clean contemporary romance that you will find hard to put down!

    There is inconsistency in the first and second book. In the first book Miles says his wife is remarried. In the second he says they are separated. Also in the second book you were writing for Ariel and put Katies name in . You need a proof reader,

    This Series starts out good. There is a romantic storyline, woman against the world and some suspense and mystery. The characters are likeable but by book 4 things unravel. The author starts including pages of food descriptions, overly detailed descriptions of how rooms are decorated. At one point a box with a dress is discovered but never mentioned again. Then come the editing errors. I quit reading after book 4. I think she was trying to squeeze more books out of the story. In reality, it would have been a better story without all the filler and maybe 2 or 3 books. This series is about sales and not writing.

    Not finished but really annoying me. In book 1 Myles clearly says ex wife happily married again living in Capecod. Book 2 goes on about divorce not finalised and whole thing between Ariel & Myles (so far) revolves around the fact Myles is not divorced.
