    This is the fifth book in AS Green’s “Cursed Descendants” series.

    And my goodness, it keeps getting better and better.

    I keep saying we pick up where we left our plucky heroes, and this is no different. Once again, Green drops us in the middle of the action, and we move forward from there.

    The angst is cranked to 11 (please be old enough to get that reference!), and the hits keep coming.

    We do meet the fabled Collector in this book, and I am happy to say it wasn’t who I thought it was. (I can usually figure it out.)

    The gang’s all back (shifters and witches alike), and we have new characters from across time, which I thought was a great addition.

    I enjoy Green’s ability to bring side characters in and out and keep them rounded, not completely flat or trope-y, but you get a real sense of who a person is.

    I also appreciate her ability to weave in spicy scenes. They are EVERYWHERE in romance today, and I swear, most of it is copy and paste. But Green’s approach is realistic often with a dash of whimsy or creativeness that makes it feel fresh and possible and not boring. (And I kinda think that’s the point…these scenes shouldn’t feel the same regardless of author or book!)

    I also enjoy how she took something from history — and her own family history — and wove this into a tale that stretches centuries. Her stories often find a grounding nugget through history or myth and it’s a fresh take than just another retelling. Her mind is so creative.

    I keep saying this, but AS Green is a favorite author of mine. I appreciate her storycraft. I value her creativity. In a sea of romance, fantasy, and romantasy, she’s an absolute standout, and I’m so glad I found her on TikTok.

    I will read anything she writes.

    Book 5 picks up right from the last. We are right in the thick of everything. Our crew returns in the middle of action, with enthralling drama and the reanimation of corpses that just take this series to a whole other level. The writing for this series is incredible. It’s engaging, attention grabbing and nail biting excitement. Stella and Ethan are magical force of steam and heat and a true force to be reckon with. In love with this series.

    This book is a great followup to a series that truly stands apart from others in the paranormal romance spectrum. With Werewolves, witches, and now magically reanimated corpses this left the hairs on my arm standing on end. I cannot predict where this series will go, but I know one thing...I will be there to read the next volume!

    Equinox Enthralled by A.S. Green is Book 5 of the Cursed Descendents Series. (I highly recommend you read the other 4 Books first. A.S. Green does provide backstory in all her books... but, so much better to read all of them!) This one immediately starts with action, magical fighting & suspense and continues to the very last page. The pace doesn't let up. A.S. Green has a hard hold on your attention. (I read this thru & didn't stop for everyday life responsibilities...lol... 😉 SO very good!!) Ethan & Stella... Abby, Hawk, Dylan & Stryker... plus everyone from the previous books are included in this story. Loved reading about all of them.

    SO . MUCH . HAPPENS!!

    A few big twists that were not on my radar...loved it! We get answers. We get more questions. The §ëx and emotional connections with Ethan & Stella...🥵🔥💋 The §ëx and emotional connections with Abby, Hawk, Dylan & Stryker... 🥵🔥💋 I cannot wait for the next book - Blood Sorcery from A.S. Green!

    Equinox Enthralled (Cursed Descendants Book 5) by A.S. Green is aptly named as I found this page turner completely enthralling and extremely hard to put down.
    Wrapped up in the drama and the wonderful characters makes this for a fantastic and high engaging paranormal read. Stella and Ethan are the perfect couple, providing the read with plenty of steamy encounters and dangerous magical battles. Any reader fan of witches and wolf shifters will easily become enthralled with this book. And, any fan of the series through book four will love this continuation of the Salem saga, with more to come yet.
    Overall, Stella, Ethan and the wolf shifters rise to the occasion once again, turning up the heat in all best and thrilling ways. Best of all, good over evil prevails and love trumps all.

    I have given rave reviews to each book in this series and this is no different. Definitely recommend reading the other 4 first so you can truly get to know our characters. The story continues to be entertaining and keeping me in suspense. Great read!.
