I live in beautiful rural Tennessee. I grew up in Wichita, Kansas and have lived all over the United States.

Receiving and reading her first Nancy Drew mystery book as a pre-teen, Sandy knew instinctively that she wanted to become a writer. Keeping a journal through teenage angst, young adult drama, marriage, children, divorce and work provided her with varied future story lines.

Sloane Kady is an American horror/suspense author of two novels and several short horror stories. Her works include Irreparable Deeds, her first suspense novel, and Sleight, her second literary suspense novel. She's a producer on In Search of Darkness III, a member of the Horror Writers Association, and the creator of Blackweald Horror. She’s also known for her art and horror-themed illustrative work. Sloane is currently working on her third book.
