    If you thought Warrior was good, then you need to read Survivor! This story shows how unbeatable the human spirit is, especially when surrounded by love.

    After suffering sexual assault, Sofie thinks she's too broken for the man she loves. She moves away, not realising the hurt and pain she's causing everyone else. At first, I thought her immature in the way she handled things, but by the end of the book, you realise how much she's grown as person that you forgive her, anyway.

    Jack never stopped loving Sofie, even when she threw up roadblocks and "Get out!" signs at him. When Sofie returns to town, he realises that he can't deny his feelings any more than he could breathe. He gave Sofie hope when he decided to fight for their relationship.

    Nicole Blanchard really must be commended for tackling a sensitive topic as sexual assault. I think Ms. Blanchard has a knack for making us realise that flaws are exactly what make us normal, human and even when we least expect it, loveable.

    The only reason why Sofie has to return to Nassau is Cuz her mother pass away… Sophie has two younger brother that don’t even know her, but she has return to raise them on her own

    Jack still own & runs the family Gym…. Over the years he has been close with Sofie’s Mother & younger brothers.. Helping as much as he can ….. Jack feels unsettled & is thinking about relisting in the Military he not sure that he can handle being in the small town of Nassau, who doesn’t seem to want him around her…

    This a great second chance romance. The writing is phenomenal. Can't wait for Savior.

    This book did not go in the direction I thought it would when I started it. Next, I truly believe the description should include a trigger warning. I found the scene to be intense, wondering how far the author was going to take it.

    Jack and Sophie danced around their past for so long I was wondering if she would ever tell him why she left. I was surprised, that knowing there was a possible threat to Rafe and Donnie, Sophie would not have been running to Jack with the information.

    I did like the main characters together. I actually liked all of the characters, except or the villain. I have to say he was a well written villain.

    I would have liked the last chapter or epilogue to have provided more information regarding the aftermath of the last gym scene. There had to be fallout. What happened with Emma? What was her reaction? How did Sophie react immediately after it was all said and done? What did Jack have to endure? What were Ben and Livvie's reactions? This was a fairly small town. What happened when all of this came to light? I felt like I got all the details of the initial incident, yet I didn't get the details of the conclusion.

    The story kept me riveted and turning the pages... there were a couple of spots where I had to stop say huh? and flip back... ie. he has her against the wall at the airport and then they are all of a sudden at the gym... I don't think it takes from the series if they are not read in order but to see the glimpses of the previous book definitely made me add Warrior to my TBR list.

Can she be responsible for her younger brothers especially when it's obvious they 're not happy about her return and can she face the reason she ran in the first place.
