🌶🌶🌶 Ex Military Forced Proximity Protection Detail Great story. Love seeing the people who were with Marcus and learning their stories. Loved the wrong place, wrong time scenario that led to so much more. Stumbling into the op may not have what Eva had in mind during her break but it certainly led to her reconciling who she is and how she wants to lead her life.

    If you like suspense, military, and throwing a little love at first sight- you will like this book. Plenty of questions and a bit of a mystery to solve which makes it even more fun. Brave, fierce female leads and hunky, broody, SEALS who each end up revealing a little of their true character. Happy ending!

    No matter how many times I read this book, it is still one of my favorites from Brittney. The banter between the characters is fantastic but this book also has all the feels. I love the main character development throughout the book, which also gives the reader an introduction to the team. I highly recommend any book written by Brittney but this was the first book that introduced to her and this amazing series.

    Even though you don't have to read the books in order, I highly suggest reading the series in order. Happy reading!

    Once again this author delivers and when I think she can’t top the last one, Sahin blows me away...again. We have met Luke and Jessica in previous books, brother and sister who run a “Security” company and now the story finally comes out as to what type of security company they actually run. The Bravo team consisting of former elite military men, men we’ve met in previous books, who operate behind the scenes and don’t actually exist on paper.
    Luke meets Eva when she gets mixed up in one of his ops on U.S. soil and now he has no choice but to protect her until he can close the case and make sure she is safe. Both are hiding behind fake names, each with their own reasons, but when they meet fake name or not both can see right through the other’s facade to the real person behind the name. But Luke has his rules and doesn’t fall for any woman and tries to keep that vow with Eva as she burrows into his heart....what happens when the mission is done ?
    Oh my my my my Sahin has done it again with another romantic suspense read that had my heart pounding not just from the action but from the sparks and steam coming off of these two. The story was fast paced with some twists and turns that had me glued to every page. The descriptions were spot on, making me feel like I was right in the room with all the characters. The banter and dialogue was smooth, not missing a beat and it had me chuckling a few times with the humour.
    The story flowed beautifully and Luke and Eva burrowed their way into my heart. Luke the strong alpha man who is a protector and would do anything for his country and for the woman he loves. Eva, a woman who is strong and tries to make it in the world on her own, standing on her own two feet and who may seem meek and shy, shows her true confident self surprising everyone around her.
    I loved meeting the Bravo team and this series is going to kick a** if this book is any indication of what’s to come next.
    KUDOS to the author for blowing my mind and for proving once again why I consider her one of my go to and favorite authors in romantic suspense....CAN’T WAIT for the next one ! 5 +++++ stars

I don’t believe the lead’s career as a screenwriter or showrunner one bit (seamless transition from small to big screen, no cowriters or writing partner despite being early career, tremendous budgets, no network politics).

    This is the first book in the Stealth Ops series. Luke Scott is on a mission and he is using a remote cabin to become bait for a bunch of bad men. Enter Eva Sharp. She is s script writer for a SEAL based tv series and she is escaping to her family’s cabin to escape for a time. It didn’t matter to her that her tenant wanted to be alone in the remote location. There were two cabins and he was acres away from where she would be. Turns out her presence puts a huge thorn into Luke’s mission and sets his op in a totally different direction.

    This book was quite interesting. I like the whole secret Bravo team vibe. All the members stood out even though the story wasn’t about them. There are quite a number of sexy scenes but the story isn’t overcome buy them. Characters grow in this story and that is not common in a book like this. Once the two of them are put on this path, their roads in life will never be the same.

    It seemed in the beginning Eva was totally blowing Luke’s op but in the end it was his saving grace. He had to make his own decisions and change his by the book attitude to get the job done… not only by means of the mission but in order to dive into his growing feelings for Eva.

    I totally liked this. It was in my reading sweet spot. Covert ops, romantic suspense and a love worth fighting for. I have already picked up the other three books in this series. FINDING JUSTICE, FINDING THE FIGHT AND FINDING HER CHANCE. The author also mentioned on Twitter than Wyatt from #EchoTeam would get his own story too and I look forward to diving into those future books.

    This is romantic suspense at its best. If you love this sort of stuff as much as I do, definitely pick this title up.

    Book one of the Stealth OPs team. Second read through for me, and loved it just as much or more than the first time. This book brings us Eva (the sister to Harrison, who had a significant presence in the Dublin Nights book The Real Deal) who manages to throw a wrench into the plans of Luke; both professionally and personally. Luke has made a rule that none of the guys on the team have a significant other, nobody who can be used against them or left behind if things go south on an op. All that is thrown into the wind as soon as Eva shows up in his life. Luke and Eva navigate a relationship they both know shouldn’t happen because of the lives that they lead; the fact that Eva has a very public family and Luke has to constantly remain in the shadows. Together they wrestle with feelings while Luke discovers a betrayal that puts the lives of the whole team in jeopardy. In the end, can Luke risk being distracted thinking about the safety of Eva while he’s on an op, or will missing her and her not being in his life be more distracting?

    Second book by this author. Read another one not realising that they were a series but still able to be read singularly. So went and bought the first of each series. God dam I am loving them. As good suspense as a Child’s, Thor, Clancy or Greary book but with more spice thrown in. After reading this one ordered the others in the series. Yep I’m hooked.
