Flight Risk: An International FBI Thriller (Ingrid Skyberg Book 7) Kindle Edition

4.6 out of 5 stars 575 ratings

They say she killed him. She doesn't remember.

Special Agent Ingrid Skyberg is ready to walk away from her life in London. She’s at rock bottom and even wants to leave the FBI. But when Ingrid attempts to board a flight at Heathrow and sneak away without telling anyone, she’s arrested for killing a man she’s never heard of.

Now Ingrid must stay in the country, and the FBI, to prove her innocence. Unfortunately for her, the only witness who can clear her name is too afraid to talk.

Up against powerful forces who plan to silence Ingrid—permanently—rather than let the real killer pay the price, Ingrid digs deep to uncover a deadly game of blackmail that threatens national security. With dignitaries arriving in London for the ambassador’s Christmas ball, Ingrid doesn’t have a second to waste.

Flight Risk is a jet-propelled ride through the English countryside and the Portuguese Algarve that detonates in an explosive conclusion in the center of London. It's a relentless thriller that will grip you from start to finish.

_____________

Flight Risk is the 7th book in the Ingrid Skyberg thriller series, but the novels can be read in any order.

Another great Ingrid Skyberg thriller that has you wondering just what she will be getting herself into this time and then in what wild and thrilling way will she get out of it.

I never wrote a review before (does everyone say that?) And I'm also cheap and search for free books or library paperbacks... But can't stop ordering and enjoying an adventure with Agent Skyberg. Appears Look Twice is next. Not since Virginia Lanier's strong and a bit flawed Jo Beth Sidden and her beloved bloodhounds have I enjoyed a strong woman character as much. My definition of a great book is when I no longer feel im reading but rather watching a movie in my mind. Great writing and looking forward to what Ingrid's up against next! Thank you Eva Hudson!

Poor Ingrid. There are times when nothing goes right for her and this is the case right from the start. Falsely accused of a hit and run forces Ingrid to go dark not knowing who she can trust. Will she be able to clear her name and get to the bottom of who is framing her and why?
A good read even if some of the action takes some believing. But, to me, this does not detract from the story telling. I enjoyed it!

Flight Risk is another hard-to-put-down book in the Ingrid Skyberg series. Once again you’ll find yourself waiting for news of the next release! Ingrid is a feisty FBI agent who works independently much of the time. The fast-paced plots contain intrigue to keep you guessing and action. And if you’re into motorbikes, that’s a bonus.

Reading the books in order, although not necessary, does reward the reader with seeing Ingrid’s personality develop.

When I saw the new Ingrid Skyberg novel on the list I bought it instantly on Kindle and within an hour, sat down to start reading the first couple of chapters. Five hours later I put it down, finished.
It’s an old cliche but I simply could not stop reading until I had finished it, what a terrific, exciting story and I have to say the best Ingrid adventure so far. It gave me as much pleasure reading it as the Harry Bosch novels of Michael Connelly or Lee Child’s Jack Reacher. Ingrid is an original well developed character we have got to know through all the previous stories, looking forward to number eight now!

Whilst doing that. Is she going to come across Vitali Shevchenko or have to reinvent her alter ego Natalya Vesnina?
