    I am really glad that I read the first book. However, this book would have done well as a standalone. I really enjoyed the fake boyfriend trope turning into a real boyfriend. The increasing fire between the main characters is amazing and I really enjoyed the fire and the build the characters had. I also enjoyed when they finally looked through the stress and the self-doubt in their cells and each other . Would love to read more from this author

    I love a book where you can feel the chemistry between the characters and this is one of those books. Love is not for Sean and Raven due to their own reasons. They both have busy careers and no time for such nonsense. But they never expected to find something different in each other that they never got from past flings. Something that makes them want more but don't make it easy. Well written, holds your attention, heat and so much more. Loved!!!!

    This is the 2nd book in this series and is Sean and Raven’s story. Raven is a sassy childcare assistant manager, and Sean is a doctor, and neither of these characters are looking for long-term relationships. When these two cross paths the chemistry between them is off the charts and undeniable, and they compliment each other perfectly. Sean has his hands full with trying to convince Raven to give them a chance. This is a well written story which has engaging and relatable characters, and with drama, witty banter, humor, and love, which leads to an entertaining and heartfelt page turner. I was completely invested throughout this story, and I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

    This is the first book from this author I have read and will be adding here other books To my to be read list.

    I love this kind of story, seeing a relationship grow out of nothing, well except explosive sex. Sean and Raven were meant for each other. Neither wants a relationship but in reality it is what they both need, or is it they just needed each other?

    I loved the banter between them and was so happy with the ending. A Fabulous read which once started I couldn't put down.
