Farewell Andromeda may be a short story, but it packs a novel punch. A love story set on a space station, this story has a strong heroine, a handsome hero, romance, passion and plenty of emotion. Quick to read, and very satisfying. Farewell Andromeda stands alone, but I am quite pleased that it is a prelude to a new series. I hear Inherit the Stars calling to me now.

Fabulous story! Since it's a short, everything, including the romance, happens fast, but it's completely believable and very emotional. The plot twist is fascinating and the heroine is perfectly well rounded. She's smart and driven and knows who she is and what she wants, yet she's still vulnerable and relate-able. The writing style is very unique. The author has a distinct and unique voice. It took me a while to get used to it, but I'm glad I did. Definitely worth the read.

Laurie is a new to me author, but I was very impressed with my first read! Tiharra and Donner have a time stamp on their relationship. How much are you willing to give up for the one you love? Enough to let them go? Check out this novella, you won't be disappointed!

This was a great read! Nice glimpse of the universe, with great characterization and world building. The romance was satisfying, and I really enjoyed the moral dilemma brought up by the characters (saying more about that would be spoilery). I'm really looking forward to more from this author, in a longer format.

Farewell Andromeda is a stellar debut novel from newcomer, Laurie A. Green. The Science Fiction is solid, the characters are engaging, and the true Romance is heartbreaking. Don't worry, this SFR will leave you smiling.

Written in a lyrical style with enough twists to keep you turning the pages, this story is not only a keeper for me, but one that inspired me to buy Ms. Green's other, recently released stories.

    I highly recommend this story!
