Finding Storm Kindle Edition
The son of an icon.
He was a legend. Rock royalty.
A man I never met.
But I’m measured against him in every aspect of my life.
The only time I feel like me … the real me … is when I’m onstage with my band. But the more we grow in popularity, the more people compare me to him.
I’m not him. And I never will be. If only everyone could figure that out for themselves.
I need a break from it all.
Then, a confrontation has me jumping in my car, putting LA in my rearview mirror. And a stupid mistake ends up with my car on the side of the road. And straight into the path of a girl who is the exact opposite of everyone else in my life.
She’s like everything I used to know.
And she has no clue who I am.
Even if she did, I don’t think she’d care.
She thinks I’m cavalier.
I think she’s intriguing. And hot. Let’s not forget hot.
I’m stuck in this town overnight while my car is being fixed. But I’m thinking I’m gonna stick around a bit longer.
I’m Storm Slater, lead guitarist in Slater Raze and the only child of the late, great Jonny Creed. But, here, right now … I’m nobody. Just a regular guy.
I’m liking it a whole lot.
And I’m liking her even more.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2019Finding storm was everything I thought it would be and more... it’s always hard to follow on from a series that was written a few years ago as expectations are high. I’m thrilled that Sam gave Storm the story and the justice he deserved.
Storm and Stevie’s story is the kind of heartfelt romance that leaves you with butterflies in your tummy. It has the right amount of swoon factor , right amount of angst and a truck load of humour and banter between the band members. It’s a light hearted read but one that will keep you turning pages as it’s impossible to put it down.
Such a great addition to the Storm series and well worth the wait!! Bravo... hope there is more to come from the other band members. There is definitely a story brewing for one of them....!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 23, 2021Great story and great heroes but all the love story came down so fast. 2 days after they meet they announce each other as a soul mate. After 2 weeks they know they want to be together forever. More than that, Storm is supose to be this angry rock star with alcohol and drug problems and he is totaly transformed after 1 hr with Stivie.
But if you can get that the book is fun and cute.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2020So I found this book while searching for my favorite narrator on Audible and this came up with Jacob Morgan and bonus it was audible escape. Now I’ve never read anything by this author, so I haven’t read anything in the Storm series ( I am going to go back and do so) but having said that I still very much enjoyed this story.
I love all the characters (even the side one,) but fell completely in love with Storm and Stevie and how the meet, and how their relationship blooms ( very quickly). This is very much a love at first sight romance.
I love the story there are so many wonderful emotions you feel while reading it and you really connect with the characters.
I’m really hoping for more from Storm’s bandmates as I think they could cause quite the bit mischief in Arizona!
FYI the audio book is amazing. Jacob Morgan and Elena Wolfe will make you fall in love with Stevie and Storm!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2024This book wAS so incredible I absolutely loved Stevie so much omg I laughed so much I needed tissues. Storm was a perfect rock star hot as sin and he finally meet his match.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2019Let me start off by saying that I’m obsessed with The Storm series. If TMS were a real band I would be a total fangirl. I hope Samantha continues to give us stories from this world.
I loved reading more about Storm and his relationship with his adopted family. And Stevie was an awesome female character. She never put up with any bullshit and she busted Storms ball any chance she could, which really made their relationship fun to read. I love that Samantha doesn’t write generic female leads where their whole personality is that they are someone’s girlfriend. It’s so refreshing.
I just wish their relationship was dragged out a little more. It felt super rushed. One day they meet and two weeks later they are in love. I’m not saying it can’t happen that fast but I just wished we could have had more scenes of them getting to know each other. Most of the date scenes were just told to us rather then shown. I needed more to believe their connection.
As a whole I enjoyed my time with Storm and Stevie and hope to get more from them in the future.
I love Samantha’s stories and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2019It was so Awesome to be back in the land of The Mighty Storm, i know this isn’t a book about Jake Wethers or Tom or Denny but god it was so good to be back.
Some of the things i loved in this book was TMS was in it more than i thought they would be and Tru as well one of our favourite leading ladies, loved that we got to see how thier future was and the banter between that whole family and the way Storm fit in had me a bit teary and also laughing out loud it was awesome.
The next thing i loved was the band mates, Raze, Cash and Levi they were storms family and they really did look out for each other, i loved the dynamics between them all and once you get to the end you will understand what I’m saying.
Stevie she is one of my favourite females she had me in stitches but i also loved her not give a stuff attitude how she lived in her world and if you didn’t like it you could get stuffed, she was such an amazing character to read and really loved the chemistry between her and Storm.
I must admit i loved Grandma and Penny but also Becks and Stevie’s day they made me laugh as well.
There was just something about this book it had it all the banter, laughs, had me emotional at times hot and steamy and just being back with TMS i couldn’t have asked for more. Well i can i am hoping there are a few more books around this band but if not Storm was the perfect book for me and being Johnnys son it was almost like a tribute.
Loved loved loved this book 5 hot sexy rockstar 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2019I'm a big fan of this author. I especially enjoyed the storm series and have re-read them a zillion times. I did enjoy Storm's story but it's not my favourite. I felt it was missing the whole rock star-ish vibes we had with the other books. I don't know if it's because we are now looking at the next generation of TMS's family or I just expected too much(we can all agree that Samantha set the bar high with Jake and Tru). But not withstanding, Finding Storm is a sweet story without too much drama and I pray we get a Belle story too or see more of her in other books.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eagerly awaited and did not disappoint
I have to start by saying I had such confidence in this book before I’d even read it that I bought it straight away. It’s available on KU but I wanted my own copy to keep forever and not have to hand back. I’d also done a re read of The Storm series in preparation for this eagerly anticipated book. As with the whole series Samantha Towle has done it again.
I found it an easy read, no angst, not much nastiness within the story. I would have liked however, to see how Jake sorted out that god awful journalist (not giving anything away here). Steve’s humour had me laughing often, the cigarette butts lecture a real lol moment. If we all knew a Stevie in life they’d brighten our days up no end.
Was good to catch up with the TMS family again. The info Storm was given that lead him to head off to Arizona was bound to come out at some point in his life, I did wonder if he’d try and seek out Marie as she was the source of the information back in the 4th TMS book. The fact Stevie had no idea who Storm was was epic especially with her attempts at singing, so funny!
The only thing I’d have liked expanded was the meeting of Tru, Jake and Stevie as I’m sure Stevie’s humour would have tied Jake up in all sorts of knots to start with. There could have been a good bit of hilarious banter there between Jake, Stevie and Storm, but that’s just my personal opinion. Not going to say anymore as I don’t want to give away any spoilers.
It was a really lovely, easy light hearted book to read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve read all Samantha’s books and have enjoyed every single one. Wonder if Raze will get a book?

5.0 out of 5 stars TMS Continues......
I bought the first four books of the TMS series quite a while ago and read them a!l within a week. I decided to read them all again this weekend (started reading on Saturday, today is Monday and I've just finished this, the fifth book..just couldn't out them down).
I didn't know there was a fifth book to the series so I am really pleased I decided to read the books again.
I LOVE the TMS family...this book is just slightly below par than the others only in the aspect that there is much less drama. The characters are believable, they have depth, charisma and realness (yes I know it's not a real word), so much so you get totally engrossed in the story. I
This is really the start of the 2nd generation of the TMS family as it's about the eldest kid -Jonny's son Storm, so who knows, maybe Samantha Towle will continue writing this amazing series to include the rest of the kids although I would have liked Denny and Smith's stories too, kinda fella they got left out.
This book was sweet (as well as hot), the time that Storm & Stevie got to spend together could have been more detailed, I felt it kinda got brushed over a little so felt a bit rushed I guess. I did have a few tears hear and there but on the whole I was laughing more than crying.
Read all these books, trust me you won't be disappointed.
