Fire Fae: The Complete Series Kindle Edition
When the world froze over, Caster Kingdoms emerged beneath domed enclosures, protecting their charmed inhabitants from the lethal conditions outside. Maybrie Hawkins grew up in Fae Canyon, an enclave in the wilderness that adapted to live on their own terms. Until the fateful night she was kidnapped and traded to a kingdom for her rare fire magic.
Years later, Brie is a renowned champion in the fight pits. Though the Casters chant her name instead of scorning her, most of the kingdom’s fae are not so lucky. Amongst growing unrest, a rebellion has grown in the shadows to fight for freedom. And they need Brie. Particularly once the heir to the Caster throne sets his sights on her.
When Brie joins the uprising, her mission is anything but easy: she must swallow her disdain for Prince Kai and earn his trust. Though a charm lurks beneath his diffident air, Brie sees the royal only as a means to the end of Caster superiority.
But a larger threat also looms over the fae, threatening to take their lives and not just their freedoms. When fae begin to go missing, Brie will do anything to hunt those responsible. Even if it means accepting help from a sworn enemy.
"A fast-paced romantic fantasy that will rip your heart out, stomp on it, and leave you clinging to your kindle asking the universe why you had to wait SO long for this swoon-worthy gem."

About the author

USA Today Bestselling Author of over 30 books in six series, Sophie Davis is a pseudonym for best friends turned bestselling co-authors. The pair met in law school and instantly bonded over their love of great books and bad horror movies. After they graduated, when one longed for the ability to read minds so she wouldn't have to study for the bar exam, they co-authored the Talented Saga, a bestselling dystopian series about mind-reading assassins that was optioned for film or television.
Their current project is the Eve of Eternals world, a multi-series Urban Fantasy universe where they write about Vampires, Wolf Shifters, and Fae in a saga of reincarnating soulmates.
The duo lives in California, spending all their time outside in the sunshine while creating wild new worlds with characters who will stay with you long after the last page. The Sophie Davis team is rounded out with two rescue dogs- ineffectual assistants with frequent social media appearances as they battle keyboards for attention.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2021This was such a fantastic series. The relationships felt real and messy. I promise no spoilers, but let's just say when it got to the origin story of one of the races my mind was blown. Did not see it coming and it's now my favorite idea of how they began.
The world is high fantasy with a touch of a dystopian concept, but it's definitely not a dystopian story. The developing love and relationships in this developed very naturally and I couldn't help but have my heart strings pulled. I think my absolute favorite part though was that the main characters specifically try to do and be their best without relying on their powers and abilities.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2021Consistent and engaging with a few surprises, too! I loved the genuineness of the characters - very engaging. Unusual post apocalyptic theme along with magic, Fae, and shifters. And lots of good fights.;)
- Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2021I quickly read the series and glad that I did. This was a new author for me and they did not disappoint. I enjoyed the world that was created and the story was enjoyable. The characters were well written. I loved most of them, especially Brie. She was a tough young fire fae, that was torn from her homeland, and used by the Royal casters that ruled the dome cities. She ended up fighting other fae and shifters in the pits to survive. She was very good, and caught the eye of Prince Kai. There was lots of action. Including, a group of Rebels who were trying to overthrow the Royals in the dome cites, because they didn't treat the fae and shifters well. I loved the twists and surprises that I didn't see coming.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2022I loved taking this journey with Brie and Kai. Strength, love, betrayal are only a few words that come to mind, but does not nearly encompass all that occurs. This is a must read!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2021Great read! I could not put it down. There are a lot of paranormal books out there but this series stands out. Well written with unique characters.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2021Sophie Davis has created a world full of strife, vampires, shifters, fae etc. What could be better? Love, friends, family. Brie has a hard life, but it only makes her stronger. Kai life begins easier, but things soon change when he falls for Brie. lots of twists. Lots of action and a "can't put it down book".
- Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2021These books are so good i wish someone would turn it to a movie, but it has to be done right. I pray a sequel comes out for this series.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2023So looking forward to the possibilities of Sarah and Summer’s story. I cannot wait for Ken and Brie brother romance. My favorite part though was how Kai and Brie weren’t afraid to show their love.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a Story!
Enthralling from beginning to end.
Very sad in many ways as many of the characters were forced to settle for limited lives and separation after their harrowing journey together.

They’ve done it again! Even though I’ve just finished the prelude series, I feel I need to read it again.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great story.
Maybe a little long. I started speed reading some of the last book, but only a few pages at a time before settling down again. There are a couple of obvious editing areas (words missing) at around 98%, as if editing got sloppy towards the end. There are one or three holes in the plot, but once you move on it doesn’t really matter... e.g. why didn’t they portal to where the stones were instead of walking and getting into a fight? I don’t like the flicking between viewpoints and the places it was chosen to do so.
But on the whole the books were well written and easy to read. From start to the epilogue the story is complete and doesn’t leave any loose ends... Worth a read.
