5.0 out of 5 stars Quick read of an excellent set of short stories, time well spent!
It is an excellent collection, esp. given it is first book of the writer. Stories are short but poignant, quirky at times. I was stumped by the first story and had to read it a few times, and then I got my aha moment. All these stories are so relatable and seem so real.
Looking forward to the next one!

4.0 out of 5 stars A riveting narrative that leaves gasping for more
Complex human emotions brought out simply without any drama. The unevenness of human emotion dealt with surprisingly nuanced character behaviour yet retaining the momentuousness of the feeling or situation often culminating into the rightful , bold yet leaving dumbstruck for the sheer audacity.
The weak point however remains in its non clarification of other characters almost non existent characterization which makes it little unidimensional in its approach. However, worth ignoring this little aberration while exploring the protagonists world in its entirety.
This is just the beginning and a worthy one at that. Must read for women who stand at crossroads for the longest time in their life and find happiness within reach of their will power.

4.0 out of 5 stars Simple stories, well told
As the title says, these are snippets from life. Wonderfully observed and narrated without any pretence or attempt at embroidery. Check it out if you’re looking for a quick read that will make you reflect. The varied cast of characters lead myriad lives and we’re given poignant insights into each of them.
