I began my fitness career in New York City in the 1970s, and learned to ski in my mid 40s. Five years later, my husband and I packed out van with our two cats, our greyhound and fitness equipment. We moved to Summit County Colorado, and opened Mountain Sport Pilates and Fitness in Frisco. My dream was to have a cutting edge sport fitness training studio, and my husband helped me to fulfil that dream.

In the Winter, I work at Copper Mountain, and my husband teaches skiing at Breckenridge. We both occasionally perform at the Backstage Theatre in Breckenridge.

I have written articles for the Professional Skier, Aspen Magazine, HerSports and other print and online publications. I am the skiing expert for YoungerNextYear.com, and the ski-fitness expert at ski-clothes.com.

In May of 2006, Meg Bertini at Dreamtime Publishing helped me fulfil another dream: To write a book about snowsport fitness.
