This book is not only great it grabs you and doesn't let you go!! I fell for Savannah in the first book Burning Love, but to read her back story and meet Patrick my heart was truly ripped from my chest with hers. Patrick is one of those men that steal you very being. I think I have truly found my new book boyfriend. I mean what better is a Marine with a heart of gold!!!! And LAWD is this book smoking HOT!!!!!!!!!! If you thought her other books were hot, wait till you sink your teeth into these two!! :)~ Casey Lu

    The first thing that comes to mind about this book is WOW soooo good! I can't stress to you enough what a GREAT story teller Sable Hunter is.
    This is ADULT romance, (Yes it has some dirty talk and detailed sex) steamy, well written hot hot fan yourself sex!
    Also this book gives the reader so many emotions it is unbelievable. At 2 major points in the book I was crying so hard I had to take a break from reading because I could not see the Kindle from the tears. At other times I was smiling and laughing, and then the mystery and suspense, and thrills, I could go on and on, Sable has a way to pull you in and you care so much for these characters.
    In this one we also have some paranormal stuff, ghosts, and spirits.

    We have several Special Ops service men, and some of what they went through in the war.
    Patrick is one big brave hero, I loved him so much, and the way he treats Savannah is so wonderful.
    Savannah is the love child whos parents were Lepers, she was taken away from them at her birth and raised in foster homes, un touched, never hugged, avoided and talked about like she was a leper herself, all her life when in fact she was not a Leper.
    The Romance between Patrick and Savannah is so very well written if you do not get this book and read it you are truly missing out on one of the best Romance Novels written.

    I don't know Sable Hunter, but I have read many of her books now, and she is one of my very favorite authors!
    she has a way of pulling you into her story book world and she doesn't let you go until the last page.. so good!
    BRAVO once again Sable, you really did a wonderful job with this book...

    I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ALL ADULTS!

    Savannah and Patrick

    I'm almost done with this series... one more book to go and I'm so sadden that it'll be ending soon. I certainly hope Ms. Hunter dreams up some additional hot Bayou/Cowboys to write about! This one was sort of talked about in it's predecessor, Burning Love, but I wasn't aware of that till I started reading this one and freaking way the heck out!! This particular installment is not a light-hearted read, but more like a heart wrenching, gut stabbing, and hands clenching tale that will have your tummy in so many knots, you'll probably pass out from the anguish!

    Savannah is one of those types of people that you just know... you could walk up to her on the street and just know in your heart she's seen and been though so much more crap than most. Her eyes would tell a story of heartbreak, ridicule, and isolation. Even though you'd see happiness and aspiration in her face, if you looked really deep, you'd see that was a cover up for much deeper turmoil! She's certainly been placed up there with my top 10 much loved heroines. Now Patrick, how to describe him. Smart, brawny, beautiful, kind, loving, and above all dedicated to his cause and the people he loves the most! The way these two met and fell in love just warms my heart and swoons the heck out of my heart! Great supporting characters in Patrick's friends and Savannah's! So many chuckles and snickers had at the hands of those crazy peeps!

    The way this book flowed and kept me enthralled from beginning to end is no little deed. I have to say, lately the books I read have to have a certain sort of angst, mixed with the right amount of sex appeal and humor to keep me engrossed. Well, this has it, as does every other book by Sable Hunter! I actually like how the point of view altered between Savannah and Patrick to give me each of their standpoints on things. It's 269 (kindle version) pages long and 269 was just right. Not too extensive, not too short... just long enough to bring you to your knees and have you laughing, weeping, and then laughing again, seemingly all at the same time!

    I can't say enough about this book. If you read Burning Love (the predecessor), you'll get a glimpse of Patrick and Savannah, but it won't be what you think... and DON'T think too much, because when you get to Forget Me Never, you'll be clutching your heart almost right away! Looking ahead to the next chapter in the Hell Yeah! Cajun Heat series, Finding Dandi! Thanks Sable for one of the most captivating series I've read in a long time!

    Sable Hunter has promise as a writer, but she needs a good editor. I have read several of her books and this one is better than some, but still there are frequent, and repeated mistakes. Sometimes you're not sure who's talking. There are common grammatical mistakes, and just plain errors that make you go back and re-read just to figure out what you think the author is trying to say.
    The story itself is interesting and creative. Not the typical "coming of age" story. The characters all seem like real-life people you might know, except for the bad guys. You want to see Savannah and Patrick get their HEA. There are a lot of obstacles in their path to true love, including themselves at times. For some reason, I didn't find this book as steamy as I found some of her others and there were times I didn't want so much detail, especially when it was just a memory or dream and not really taking place.
    I like Sable's stories, characters, scenes she can paint, and the unusualness of them all. I will continue to read her books. I'm kind of fond of everyone and would like to know what happens to them all. That being said, each book can stand on its own, but it's richer if you follow the series.

    Sable has outdone herself with this book. It's absolutely amazing. I've laughed, cried - well sobbed actually - and fell in love with another one of her characters. Patrick is out of this world, sexy, kind, caring and most of all brave!!!

    There is so many twists and turns throughout this book that it keeps you reading. I didn't put it down till I'd finished reading... Well late into the night.

    Savannah is such a strong character and faces her own demons all throughout this book. Patrick saves her from years of embarrassment and helps her see what real love is only to lose it so soon. Patrick serve for his country and his only wish is to never be forgotten. The end results are brilliant!! I would recommend this book to anyone!! It's one of my absolute favourites!!

    As always, the love scene's are HOT but the pain and love in this book will blow you away more
