Fans call me the king of the water. I'm focused, driven, and most importantly, I win.

Life as a professional swimmer comes with sacrifices, but they’ve never worried me. I’m used to life with little room for anything but training, eating, and sleeping.

Nothing more, nothing less.

When a son I knew nothing about lands on my doorstep—and a crazy but very beautiful nanny shortly after—my life is turned upside down. Allowing any change into my life could put my goals and dreams in jeopardy, and I’ve worked too hard and too long for them.

When I’m tempted to look beyond lap times and medals to bedtime stories and the possibility of love, I face one of the hardest questions of my life: is it worth the risk?

Great single dad romance !!!
Fresh meet by @jasminmiller This series has been fun to read 💜💙💗 I really loved reading jace and millie's story. It all begins with millie needing to land a better paying job to achieve her real goals. While in another home Jace is faced with the conclusion he has a child and the child's mother is no longer here a single dad a king of the water. With little to know time he can't solely depend on his mother so millie is hired a connection is made between her and tanner right away which I love she is interested in helping him communicate in a way that works for him and his delay. As jace watched their connection grow so does his but complications are bound to happen how will these too work through both of their dreams ?

Emelia lost her job on a children's television show and is waiting to audition for a better job on an even better show. She takes a job as a nanny for a nonverbal three year old who has just moved in with his athlete father after his mom dies. The story of them growing together is well written and enjoyable. Of course, no everyone gets their happily ever after without putting in the effort.

Good story, family angst, and a totally adorable three year old make reading fun.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“This is without a double, the moment I became infatuated with Jace Atwood. I’m ready to have all his babies, the whole shebang, and I can’t even put into words why.”

Jace Atwood, an Olympic swimmer, opens his front door to an older woman holding a letter for him explaining that he has an almost three-year-old son. His life completely changes after that moment. He’s interviewing nannies to watch his son around his busy training schedule, and walks in a tutu wearing Emilia. With a history of attracting crazy women, Jace doesn’t think she’s the right fit for the job, but when his son starts smiling and laughing with Emilia, he thinks she might just be the one. For the job.

There are so many things I loved about this book! It pulled me in from the beginning, and there were so many things that kept me hooked throughout. Jace and Emilia have such a strong pull towards each other, and when you add in Jace’s son Tanner, BOOM goes the dynamite. Emilia may just be Tanner’s nanny, but when these three spend time together, they’re like a little family and are just so cute together.

Oh my gosh, Tanner. I absolutely loved him. He’s so cute, adorable, and is going through a huge transition in his life with living with Jace after his mom passed. I loved how American Sign Language was presented in this book, and it makes me want to learn it!

Emilia is cute and quirky. She has a dream of performing on a kids TV show, and is between jobs when the nanny position becomes available. She really has a knack for kids, and is perfect as Tanner’s nanny. I really loved her character! Her family is a piece of work, and I couldn’t stand the little bit we saw of them. I’m glad it happened though because we saw Jace stand up for her and I just loved it. Jace is amazing! He’s sweet, caring, and the love for his son is unconditional. It took him some time to get used to having a son, but it didn't take him time to love him; that was immediate.

Jace and Emilia’s connection and chemistry is potent, and I love how everything came together for these two. The events that were scary, but brought them closer together. The things that drove them apart, but they were so determined to communicate with each other and brought them back together. They are a great pair, and add in Tanner, and he just adds to the greatness.

I also loved that there was more swimming in this book!

A very touching story of two very different people one s gold medalists swimmer and a crazy woman who was part of a children show. Jace finds out he has a son and has no clue how to parent hires Em to be the little boys nanny. Love developed but not without its share of insecurities. A good.story of compicated relationships.

I didn’t know what to expect of this book!
But what really made my heart melt was how the story is told. The new routine, single dad and etc.
It was so real how they tried to adapt to their new life, the struggles and the acceptance. How the love grew little by little. I love it to see.
There was no insta love, which I really like, because, this is just more real and close to real life.
    I love it!
Millie won my heart, with her family story and her difficulties I was enchanted with her! I really like it!!

This book deals with a man, who is suddenly entrusted with duties of a father. Its not everyone's cup of tea, to handle that. Even though there are ups and downs, nobody is perfect and has their flaws. Really loved reading it. 👌😍
