Bittersweet goodness!
I can't believe this is the final book. It was so bittersweet. And SO GOOD! Did I drag it on as long as possible so it wouldn't end? Yes. Did I stare longingly at it when I was done? Also, yes.This is Malakai Ravage's story. He's such a tortured soul in a way... self-distructing. His feelings for both Sophie and Julian were passion and fire. Malakai fighting with Julian for dominance...🫠 The scenes, the tension, the chemistry...🔥. It's definitely the spiciest book of the series, and I loved every minute of it.

    Welp, Amanda definitely saved the best for last! I have thoroughly enjoyed each Ravage brother's book. Each introduced a new kink, a couple I wasn't familiar with but found I loved. And Kai's book? Mwah, perfection!

    Malakai Ravage is the middle of 5 brothers, a headmaster at a Catholic school, former pastor, and a little more insecure than I realized. He's just discovering that he's bisexual. Julian Ashford was a childhood friend who he hasn't seen in 17 years. He and his wife, Sophie, have recently moved back to CA, escaping their aristocratic life in England.

    All of them are part of the lifestyle. Sophie is a hotwife and Julian likes to watch. Kai has a religious, dominant kink. As their friendship grows, they soon realize they all want more. But getting there isn't easy.

    I absolutely love Kai. His vulnerability was a little sad and unexpected. But in the end, how he dealt with it, was so brave. He stands up for the people he cares about so fiercely. I loved seeing Sophie find something for herself when she was feeling lost at times. And Julian's ability to work through past hurt and love Kai was beautiful.

    I'm a huge fan of MM and MMF romance and the interactions with these 3, as couples or threesome, was incredibly hot! Amanda writes smexy scenes with the perfect amount of detail to get me all hot and bothered. And there are quite a few of these scenes!

    I loved seeing his brothers and their partners multiple times in the book. And that epilogue and hint of the future?!?! Yes, please!!!!

    This can be a standalone but I HIGHLY recommend the whole series!

    Second chance with a twist. Kai, Sophie, and Julian were HOT! You could see the struggle in Kai with his sexuality, his faith, his worth, and if he is enough for himself and Sophie and Julian. Sophie and Julian have a great marriage. While some may say its unconventional, it works for them. Sophie and Julian pride themselves on open communication, but when they bring Kai in, it falls flat. I think that's when the struggle took a turn for Kai. When he brings up his feelings and the fact that Sophie and Julian were still entertaining the idea of other men, I felt the married couple pushed his concerns to the side. I liked that Kai stood up for himself and took a step back. It gave him time to process, and it gave them time to see what really mattered. In the end, they did get their happily ever after.

    Kai is the last brother to find love. The preacher, turned principal.

    Julian moved on and back to his home in London and married his wife Sophie , who he is madly in love with. 18 yrs later Julian and Sophie move back America to get away from his family obligations as a viscount.
    They buy a beautiful fixer upper with plans to settle down there.
    Kai wants to fix his friendship with Julian and offers to help him with his home repairs. He didn’t plan on lusting after both, Julian and his wife. But there they are all together fixing this big house all alone. What will they do?

To each their own…I look forward to seeing if we now get to meet the children from all the characters we’ve gotten to know. I’m intrigued by the professor that their son thinks doesn’t like him.

    I absolutely adored Kai, Julian and Sophie! I have been anticipating Kai’s book because he was the most closed off to me. Add in the whole priest, headmaster thing and I just knew this was going to be a good one. The character development in this book, along with the spice was perfection.     I think Stella has summed up Malakai, Sophie and Julian's story perfectly.

    I was eagerly awaiting Malakai's story and didn't expect to have my heart broken right in the prologue. As intense as the book begins, it continues until the end.

    Although I was so looking forward to the book, I was a little wistful that I had to say goodbye to the Ravage brothers and their partners. I love Sophie and Julian and am so happy that Malakai has found his family with them.

    The road to the HEA has been bumpy and deeply emotional. I've laughed and cried. I had someone to loathe from the bottom of my heart and was downright satisfied with how that part of the story was resolved. Amanda made me sweat and gush. I can wholeheartedly recommend this book.

    P.S.: Dear Ms. Richardson! You really got me with the epilogue! After making my heart almost stop, you made me happy with the outlook for the future!

    As I expected it would be, this memorable book is the perfect ending to an amazing series. Like each book in the Ravaged Castle series, Holy Hearts is bursting with heart, heat, and humor and has realistic, relatable, and remarkable characters whose conflicts, desires, dreams, vulnerability, and various relationships--platonic and romantic--drive the narrative. I loved learning more about the middle Ravage brother, Malakai, and his developing relationship with his estranged childhood best friend, Julian, and Julian's wife, Sophie, who both help Kai acknowledge what he wants and needs from them and in life while he does the same for them. It's a beautiful (and steamy!) story that illustrates how love, including self-love, heals you if you let it.

    I'm sad that this series has ended because it really is that amazing, but the ending of Holy Hearts is so heartwarming that it made me cry and smile at the same time when I read it, and it hints at more amazing stories to come from Amanda Richardson, so it couldn't be more perfect. If Amanda's looking for a lifelong fan and reader of her books, she's found one.
