What an absolutely wonderfully fun and beautiful story. The interaction between characters is great and the author displays a very interesting, charming sense of humor with their dialogue. Definitely an author I would read again.

Good story and would have given more stars except for the typos. They distracted from the story and a few times i had to go back and reread something to understand what was being said. Otherwise very cute.

I love this story and I wish I could give it more stars, but the typos are just terrible and keep yanking me out of the story. I have to reread the same sentence, or even the same paragraph, over and over again to make sense of it.

I love discovering new authors to read. I thought this was going to be a Christmas story based on the title. I was pleasantly surprised by the initial holiday being Halloween, then Thanksgiving. While this is definitely an Alpha and Omega romance, the long term friendship relationship between the two best friends is a centerpiece of this book. The two young men (Kyle & Adrian) were silly and very close despite one having moved away for an ambitious future in a larger locale versus the small town he'd been raised in.

Infrequent trips home made his being there extra special at least for his best friend whom he stayed with rather had to endure the endless questions about mating & grandbabies by staying with his busy parents. While unlike totally in love coffee barista Adrian, Kyle was a confirmed workaholic. He was anticipating a promotion at work after all he'd done to demonstrate his great skills, as well as upgrading his tiny though expensive apartment. Kyle didn't have much time for Alphas, but a more intrusive defense held his suitors at bay, being a virgin and having no intentions of giving it away on a whim.

Fate is so fickled. His best friend was in full blown crush mode with his Alpha coworker, Ryan James. Doing everything possible to insure the two of them became a mated pair. Only the feelings were one sided and wouldn't it be the height of hypocrisy if the love of Adrian's life turned out to be his best friend's fated mate!

Kyle tried to be a great friend by denying his mate. But all that did was make both of them miserable. How were they supposed to solve their quandry and become a happily mated pair without Kyle losing his best friend?

This is an entertaining humorous story. Bad luck and worse luck. Lies and deceit. Then something that made the lies superfluous. Something big! Something they needed to come clean about

I absolutely loved reading HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. This book had me from the beginning....it is such a sweet and endearing story. Although he's an Omega, Kyle just has not found his Alpha. He has an amazing friend who is ready to have him home. Ryan is an Alpha who works with Kyle's best friend, Adrian. When Kyle and Ryan meet....they have an amazing connection! Then....Kyle realizes that Ryan is Adrian's crush!!!! Oh no...what will happen now?

To find out...read HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

A cute read about an immature Omega waiting for his Alpha. His friend Adrian is even more immature. Some stilted language and grammar.

1.0 out of 5 stars Steer clear of such drivel.

Unfortunately, I read this book via Kindle Unlimited.
I mainly enjoy the short story over the longer, overly descriptive, meandering plot type books.
Sadly, this story has such a weak plotline, that the author drags out with the "will they, won't they" trope, misunderstanding trope, omega plays the martyr trope, and an Alpha who thinks more about himself than his pregnant Omega.
Both Ryan and Kyle are dislikeable.
Ryan doesn't even bother with a pregnant Kyle since he's been working for Kyle's dad. Ryan is an appalling Alpha, right from the start of the story. It was crass and insulting of Ryan to wait until Kyle was in labour, and without asking Kyle, that Ryan gives Kyle the bonding "soul-bite".
Ryan is always focused on his work and is always late for anything that occurs.
Kyle lies to everyone, and likes to play the martyr, instead of just being honest, especially with his family and best friend.
Overall, this is a big let down. It drags out the negative tropes. The author comes across as conceited and their book reflects on this.
It is awkward and jarring, there's no flow, the cadence is off.
I certainly won't be reading any further books by them.
