Each series (or standalone title) within this universe is its own complete work. You don't need to have any prior knowledge, simply dive into what feels best to you at the moment.

    This is a story that focuses on Greta and Demyan and was a riot to read. Cannot go wrong with werewolves and the ICRA. A fun story to read as these two get close and deal with life both professional and personal as they fall for each other. But of course it does not go smoothly and that was the fun of the story. Another good story in this shared world of series.

    Greta is on a mission with her team from the IRCA, when the mission goes wrong. The werewolves they are after are trained. After losing a team mate, she speaks to a Detective about the murdered civilians. They come up with a possible link, she will met up with the detective later. After leaving the police department, she calls her lead agent. He tells her has a lead and he is headed there solo, due to the rest of the team being busy. She says she will be right there.
    When she gets there, she sees his truck. Yet, she can not find him and she smells his blood. She finally tracks him down, he is not in good shape. The guys that are holding him are after for personal reasons.
    Greta gets the truth from him and admits her attraction to him. They will work together to solve who is behind the attack on him and what does it has to do with the murdered civilians.
    Greta will do everything she can to keep Morozov safe while they hunt down the men after him. Will she be able to keep the man that holds her heart or will she lose everything including her own life.

    This was a good read, it had nice pace to story. I just wish it was a little longer. Other than that, I truly enjoyed it

    This was quite an adventure. We follow an ICRA team mainly Greta and her boss Demyan Morozov. A series of violent and seemingly random crimes lead to Demyan’s past and some old enemies seeking retribution. Greta and he work together not completely by the book to find the one calling the shots and stop them. Along the way the two are forced to confront the feelings they have for each other that are rather obvious to well everyone who meets them.
    Action packed, steamy, dark and dangerous and enthralling! I was hooked from the start and enjoyed the ride. It’s not for the feint of heart but if you like thrillers you’ll love this book!.

    Heat of the Night is an exciting and fast-paced Urban Fantasy/Paranormal Romance. It features Greta and Demyan. Greta works as an agent for the ICRA (Interspecies Crimes and Relations Agency) in the Violent Crimes Division and Demyan is her boss.

    When Demyan is almost killed, their relationship goes from professional to personal as they work together to track down the perpetrators. As past truths come to light and danger abounds, Greta and Demyan grow closer.

    I really enjoyed Heat of the Night. It has action, romance, and a plot that captured my interest. I look forward to more books by this author.

    Greta is an agent in the Violent Crimes division of the ICRA (she is Lotte's sister if you read the Munich series) and is a rare black wolf. The leader of her team is Damyen, another black wolf, and his past comes back to haunt the team. As they work together their connection becomes undeniable. Tons of action and some steam makes this a great read.
