Ignite Me (Watch Me Burn Book 4) Kindle Edition
We’re broken, but we’ll rebuild.
If we can all get along, long enough to deal with this shit.
Who decides to get involved with so many guys and thinks it’s going to be smooth sailing?
Spoiler alert, it’s not.
The guys are totally going to start killing each other soon.
Lukas and Jensen can’t seem to figure their relationship out.
Skeeter and Marco might kill each other one of these days.
If it gets any worse, I might just kill them myself.
With the Devils and Psychos working alongside each other, things are calmer.
Well, other than the Psychos recruiting some newbies.
Oh, and Satan’s Soldiers are back in town with a new leader, so that’s just wonderful.
My guys keep showing me every day that this is real, and I’m so in love it’s gross.
Family has become everything to me, but I wish they’d let me handle my own shit.
It’s a shame there’s no hope at saving my sister from my revenge.
She dug her own grave.
I know I said red was my colour, but I’m getting pretty good at wearing orange.
Don’t cross me, it’s goddamn simple.
Ignite Me is a 111k word dark romance reverse harem novel. This is the fourth book in the series and it must be read in order. The first four books are Rory's, and the harem grows over those books. The series contains dark content such as abuse and rape. It also has slow burn m/m scenes throughout. There is a very small f/f scene in this book too. If you are triggered by sensitive content or cursing, this series is not for you.

About the author

R.E. Bond is a dark romance author from Tasmania, Australia. She is obsessed with dark romance reverse harem books, especially if they have M/M or F/F! She has over 2500 books in her home library, not including her manga collection, and is a sucker for a special edition. When she’s not writing, she enjoys watching anime and k-dramas. Music and books are life, and curse words are just sentence enhancers.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2021This series could go on like Celine Dion's heart forever and ever and I would NEVER get tired of it. I am a glutton for Rory and her boys. I need them all the time for all time!
These books are written with an intensity you can feel in your bones. You will not get out unscathed. High octane feel fuel. I lived and died 10 times over reading these.
The amount of content that was so smoothly put into book 4 is unreal. Just when you thought you had your footing the rug was yanked. Completely unpredictable. It was absolutely thrilling. The character development and depth is surreal, I'm not convinced these aren't real people. (Hey Marco, call me😘) Absolute divinity.
The talent expressed in this series so far has been absolutely fathomless. I'm sad to move on from Rory's pack but I'm comfoted by the fact that we'll see them in Jade's story. Jade has some big shoes to fill but we've already seen a peek of her fire. Well Jade, Ignite Me!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2021I really enjoyed this book. I think I liked the earlier books in the series a bit more, but this was a solid ending to the series. Ignite Me doesn’t have much of a plot but that didn’t stop me from turning the pages. It’s one of those books where there is so much going on yet nothing going on...but in a good way, it focuses a lot on the characters and their relationships. My initial thinking at the start of this book was that 9 guys was way too big of a harem and the characters would get lost, but RE does a really nice job of giving each guy a unique personality and making it all work.
Overall, this series was a terrific and an absolutely incredible debut for a new author. The characters are intriguing, the story fast paced, and the steam level off the charts! I’ll definitely be reading more from this author.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2022Everyone is still pretty broken from the events of the previous book at the beginning of Ignite Me. There’s a lot of strain between Rory and her guys and she’s ready to step up and fight to repair the damage done to her relationships. There is still drama and plenty of suspense, but we are able to see everyone start to work through their issues. Diesel struggles a bit to let go of his past and be ready to move on with Rory, but she’s patient and lets him work through it on his own.
Jensen and Lucas are finally able to start settling in to their relationship. Lucas is able to start learning to feel free to be who he is without feeling shame over it. He really started to win me over in this book.
Skeeter is his usual toxic, broken, intense self and I still love him. 🖤
One of my only complaints is the relationship between Skeeter and Marco. I didn’t really feel any chemistry between them and it felt too forced. One of the things I love about Skeeter is how he’s always so 1,000% all about Rory (to toxic levels), and I felt this took away from that. It just seemed way too out-of-character for him.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and Rory’s story as a whole. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about such a large harem before I read these books, but Rach did an amazing job of bringing such a diverse group of men together and making them truly feel like a family. If anyone can handle that many guys, it would definitely be Rory Donovan. It was nice to see some of the loose ends come together and get a taste of what the next book would bring with a new set of main characters. I was eager to dive into Jade, Harley, and Alex’s story next. ❤️
- Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2021This book is the perfect ending to Rory’s story. I wasn’t sure if I was going to read this book because books 2 and 3 were so crazy and I felt like you lost the main story line from book 1. Plus she kept adding any man that was interested into her harem. But when we found Slash is alive I was suckered into this book and I’m glad I did read it. I liked Rory finally acting like an adult and not having temper tantrums every time someone pissed her off. I liked that she finally established a relationship with the guys and not just sleeping around. I liked she fully became a member of the crew instead of using them piss off someone or have them as an excuse to kill someone. Overall super happy how this story ended.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2021I don’t know about this book….I think the reason I didn’t care for it that much is because Rory just isn’t that likeable of a character. She didn’t really seem to mature at all through the series and never seemed to learn much from the tons of mistakes she made. She showed the smallest amount of character growth at the end but I’m not sure it was enough to make up for all the rest of it. The guys all got better with each book but Skeeter and Hunter will always be my favorites. I was irritated how long it took Rory to admit she loved Slash, especially after the devastation she went through about losing him. Out of everything though, the thing that seriously just aggravated me to no end is the fact that literally every hot guy that she learned the name of she would end up sleeping with and then adding to her harem! Literally every single one! Like it’s impossible for her to have a guy friend smh We never even learned any names of the rest of her crew or Hunter’s crew. We only learned Harley and Alex because they are for Jade’s book smh I just think that she should’ve kept at least one or two of them as just friends otherwise it just gives a bad impression. I’m not shaming at all, just irritated with it I guess. Maybe if she would’ve became friends or at least learned the rest of the crew members names and didn’t sleep with them then I would’ve been happier. All in all, it was a decent ending but I wouldn’t reread it.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2024Absolutely loved this series and can’t wait to start Jade’s book! Really enjoyed all the characters. Only annoying part is you can definitely tell the author has favorites when she writes the guys.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rory
Nooooo! I didn’t want this to end haha
I love Rory and her greedy appetite for those men.
She a crazy bitch and she’s the kind of female MC I adore
I loved this series
It’s a crazy world she lives in with a mix of wild men who are from the dangerous side of town the the rich preppy side but all of them have a dark side that drew her in
She made the lost boys into a family. All broken in different ways that all came together because of Rory and their love for her
It’s not a story for the faint hearted
It’s got some disturbing scenes between skeeter and Rory
It’s not for everybody but the story worked for me and I’m gonna miss Rory and her misfits

4.0 out of 5 stars Four stars
Stars given on level of engagement;
5 stars - less than a day to read because I cannot put it down. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.
4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.
3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.
1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .

4.0 out of 5 stars Love, love, love! 🖤
“I’m down to start war over you.” - Skeeter 🖤
Love this series! It’s raw, dark and full of angst. One constant roller coaster of emotions right up until the end.
Skeeter’s words are golden, the guys would go to war for Rory in an instant. The chemistry was amazing once again. Their devotion to her, their interconnected relationships within the harem were a must to make one this size work.
Love Jensen and Lukas and feel there’s so much more behind their stories with hints dropped.
Definitely sad to read the end of the series. I would have been happy to keep reading for so much longer.
“I knew I‘d signed up for chaos and mayhem the moment I decided to get into a relationship with nine guys.” - Rory. This sums up one wild ride. 4.5🖤
