Shawn and Lexi both writers one writes novels the other screenplays, both are partnering for a project. For Lexi this is a dream come true and validation of her work. For Shawn it is a chance to work with an author he admires. For us this is an amazing romance novel that takes us down a not so expected path to the HEA we crave. We get another reunion with the O’Callaghan family and learn more about the talented and rambunctious Irish family. Romantic, exciting and filled with more passion than you can ever imagine this book will melt you heart.

    I loved this book from start to finish. It was off the charts hot, light on drama and heavy on the hot Irish men!

    Shawn is a screenwriter who is asked to work with Lexi, a novelist, on bringing her recent triller to the big screen. To say these two bump heads in a business sense is putting it mildly but when frustration bubbles over they work it out between the sheets.

    Shawn is an alpha through and through and even brings ropes into the mix at one point but the only place Lexi submits is in the bedroom. Their rules are simple, it’s just coworkers with benefits, nothing more. When their work is done, so are they. Only those things usually never go as planned.

    For two people who are amazing with words what they lack is communication when it comes to their feelings and when it’s time for Lexi to go home he lets her, refusing to believe he is in love with her. Boys are dumb. Lol

    The only thing that never really comes out is why Shawn is so anti relationships. His first words before they do it the first time were “I’m not going to marry you” so I was expecting to hear he has been burned in the past or something but it was never addressed.

    Either way, I loved the book and can’t wait for the next one. This is one of my favorite series of all times. Keep them coming!

    Reading this is like drinking a warm glass of hot chocolate on a snowy winter day. It warmed my heart in all the right places. The characters were light but had just enough depth to hook the reader without having to invest too much. It is a fine line that the author walks. And she manages to do it perfectly.

    Lexi the heroine has just enough self doubt and meeting Shawn and his crew pulls her out of her shell without focusing overly on her issues. The banter is amusing. And Shawn's family dynamic is fun to be a part of sets up the next stories without hammering the readers over head or forcing them to buy the next book to find out what happens.

    Overall, It is light, full of heart, and just enough complexity that it fills the readers without asking them to invest overly in the story.

    IF you live in an area with snow, this is the perfect winter read to curl up with in front of the fire and warm you from the inside out. Take a chance. Read it.

    I loved this book and devoured it in a day. I just discovered this author and I’ve loved everything I read so far. Loved how Lexi and Shawn always fought, they couldn’t work well with each other at first. But they had such chemistry and decided to be co- workers with benefits. But are they falling in love? Loved the sense of family too. But what happens when she goes back home? Thankfully they finally get their happy ever after. I highly recommend this book.

    Lexi Perry is a well-known author of thrillers whose book has been optioned for the big screen. Stepping far out of her comfort zone as an anti-social introvert who loves the comfort of familiar things, Lexie goes to Seattle to work on the screenplay with screenwriter Shawn O'Callaghan.

    Expect lots of fireworks, because these two would rather asphyxìate each other with a pillow than be in the same room. Sure, there's plenty of attraction, but they have a difficult time agreeing on anything when it comes to the screenplay. They have about a month to complete it, and Lexi finds it much easier to work in Shawn's island home with him than in the sterile conference room at Williams Films. And once Lexi meets Shawn's family, she’s helpless but to fall in love with them.

    This one is a little spicier than some of this writer's other books, but I loved Shawn and Lexi's story. Through her time with Shawn and his family, Lexi learns so much about herself and the woman she'd like to become, and I’m not sure the last time I saw a heroine reinvent herself the way Lexi does. Inspiring, steamy, heartfelt and fun, this terrific read is a wonderful addition to the series!

    I absolutely love this series!! The O'Callaghan clan is so much fun!

    Shawn O'Callaghan and Lexi Perry have been tasked with taking Lexi's published novel and turning it into a screenplay. Their first interaction with each other already had them at odds with each other, and as they continue to work together, that keeps occurring- and it just spikes their chemistry even more!

    Shawn... oh Shawn is so much fun! I absolutely fell in love with him and his alpha ways! And I loved how Lexi learned so much about herself through her interactions with Shawn and his family. Her growth was tremendous, and something that I find inspiring.

    I have loved this series since the beginning, and I love how it just keeps growing! I must say that I did feel like the end was rushed a little more than I would have liked (but that's probably because I always want more). Imagine With Me is another hit!

    Shawn is an alpha in so many surprising ways but his stubbornness had me rolling my eyes on multiple occasions. I genuinely had the urge to knock some sense into him. There is this gentleness about him too which honestly made me view him as the ideal man for Lexi.

    Lexi. She’s stubborn too but she has a big heart and that really did shine through in this book. I love that she knows her own mind and that she makes worthwhile changes to grasp more opportunities in life. She never gave up and that is inspiring to see.

    I found myself smiling so much through this book. Lexi and Shawn definitely pushed each others buttons but it was done in such a way that it made me chuckle. Despite the fact that they push each other - they also encourage and support each other. Their journey to each other isn’t easy but it was worth it.

    Kristen did it again - she wrote a story that pulled me in and she put her OG Luke in there. That was just a bonus for me. I’m so glad that she wrote this story and I truly look forward to reading more of her stories.

    Imagine With Me is book fifteen in the With Me in Seattle, series. But it can easily be read as a stand-alone and it certainly was a fast-paced read with plenty of likable characters.

    But as someone who has been with this series since the beginning I have to say it didn't excite or engage me as much as the earlier stories have, particularly those in the beginning that featured Will, Jules, and Natalie.

    Yet, it was an enjoyable story, and there was plenty of character development along the way. Not to mention the O'Callaghans are a charming bunch, and my favourite parts were when they were together, interacting in the pub, or telling stories about each other and Ireland. But when it came to Shawn and Lexi as a couple, I just didn't feel it and for me, the dynamics of their relationship changed too quickly to really create a spark.

    However, as someone who is a fan of the author and series I would recommend it to others, especially if you to are a fan, or are just looking for a laid back romance that has plenty of Irish charm.

    I really like the "With me in Seattle" series and I am glad that the original Montgomery family was extended to the families in the new books. I especially like that you meet the "old" characters as supporting characters again.
    However, this book gave me a hard time in the beginning. I didn't like Lexi very much which wasn't because of here being shy or phobic, but more with her seeming to be quite annoying and even bitchy. Thankfully, this changed after a few chapters and it was an enjoyable read for the rest of the book, but definitely not the best one in the whole series.
