RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 SPICE: 🔥🔥🔥 If you know me long enough, you know I have a soft spot for friends-to-lovers, especially longtime-friends-to-lovers. This read is going to be one of my favorites in that trope. Fallon Lark feels like something is missing from her life. She is not sure why, especially when she seems to have it all together. She is wrapping up medical school and is engaged to a man who checks off the boxes for Mr. Right. Something pushes her to jump on a plane to Europe..and was pleasantly surprised to find her best friend there. Greyson Monroe has been Fallon's secret friend all their lives, even though he wishes they were more. When he finds out that she's going to Europe to escape her current life and find herself, he does not hesitate to follow her and support her through her journey of self-discovery. Maybe, just maybe, he can convince her that what she wants has been in front of her all along. J. Saman exceeds expectations with this read. I love following our main characters across their travels, learning about their history and getting the depth we craved as readers. The arc they undertake to find their HEA was so rich with engaging storytelling, heartfelt connection, and satisfying self-discovery. To have Italy and France as the backdrop made the reading experience just even more swoony. This second installment in the Irresistibly Yours series raises the bar even higher. It can be read as a standalone, but this series has been fire so far. I cannot wait for the next story.

    The way Greyson stills your heart and holds you captivated is unreal just as much as this book will! Irresistibly Perfect is a dual narrative told by Grayson and Fallon. This is their story and the second book in the Irresistibly Yours series.

    Greyson aka Grey a rockstar god who lives his dream life and has been since the age of sixteen. Has only ever wanting two things, his music and the girl he can never have.

    Fallon aka Fall Girl a pediatrician who has always been the good girl, tried to please her family but ended up with a not so broken heart, and damaged self esteem.

    I could not get over the chemistry between Grey and Fall Girl! Their strong feelings pushing each other over the edge at what feels like the absolute worst time. They are so right for each other even when they know they could never have that life together. Which doesn’t stop Grey anymore. His need to make Fallon his and make her fall in love with him and her need to reclaim herself was pure bliss.

    The character development was amazing especially Fallons! She was raised and made to believe she was destined for one thing and that was business. Not even family or love but business. After being completely destroyed by her fiancé. She goes and rediscovers herself with the help of Grey. She doesn’t allow for anymore manipulation and stands up for herself and her love! The way she defended her love for Grey was everything and more!

    Grey has held back so much when it came to his feels for Fall Girl for so many years. When he is able to finally confess it all and show her how much he loves her gosh had me drooling for this man! The way he was there to help her and continuous coming to her rescue, helping her see her worth and restoring her self-esteem ughh made me fall In love!

    Let’s not forget the way Grey after the attempted scandal set the record straight at the festival! Could this man get any more love able!?

    Everything about their story was a 10/10 for me! The spice was there and was definitely warming but not too over the top and dominance, but soft and all about her which was beautiful.

    Wow, just wow! Fallon and Grayson have made my heart sing! Their souls mated when they were 14 years old. Fallon’s elite, wealthy family wanted nothing to do with Grayson’s. He was beneath them. Yet in secret, they became best friends. When they were 18 they went separate ways, she to medical school, he on tour with his band. They would sneak and be together occasionally, but truly lost touch when she announced she was marrying another man. That man was selected by her parents, unbeknownst to her, and had used her like a business deal. When she finds out, he doesn’t love her and is only marrying her for business she revolts. She breaks their engagement and calls Grayson. He drops everything to travel to Europe with her to try to make her his. They finally come to terms with the love that they share for each other. Just can’t express how much I love this series and all the characters in it. One is better than the other but Grayson and Fallon will always hold a special place. Can’t wait for more.

    Grayson and Fallon have been friends since they were young, well before he became famous. Sadly, they had to be secretive about their friendship. Fallon's parents don't like Grayson. The story starts out with her leaving him a note in his hotel room when they were in their mid twenties saying she needs to let go of their friendship then the story jumps forward 3 years.

    Grayson is at a breakfast diner when Fallon walks in. She sits down alone at another table so Grayson joins her. He finds out she's engaged and her fiancé shows up shortly after. After talking for a bit, Grayson leaves but not before slipping her a note. Six months later, two weeks before the wedding, Fallon overhears her fiancé say some pretty awful things while in the phone so she runs. She sees the note Grayson gave her. After drinking a fair amount in a pub, Fallon decides to fulfill her childhood desire to travel warring the world. Because of the note she finds, she calls Grayson before heading to the airport. After their call, Grayson makes a mad dash to be on the same plane as her.

    Fallon sets 2 ground rules... Separate rooms and no sex. Grayson sets his own... He gets to make the decisions on where the go and what they do for the week they are together before the festival he's scheduled to attend in France. Fallon gets to veto but Grayson can veto a veto.

    Fallon's family and fiance are not accepting that she's called the wedding off. Her family is adamant they marry, for political reasons.

    They visit Rome first followed by the rest of Italy then France. Fallon's rules are quickly broken and their true feelings are exposed.

    This book had a lot of angst and lack of communication. I totally get not telling someone you love them when you're best friends but I cannot imagine going as long as these two.

    Gosh I adored this story. Greyson and Fallon seem so right together but their past - and Fallon's family - has meant that the timing has never quite worked for these two to be together. But when Fallon's life falls apart, Grey is there for her and he sees this as his chance to finally get the girl. I loved the romance in this story - I am a sucker for a good second chance romance and this one is written beautifully. Plus the chemistry between these two is amazing and I could not get enough.

    I liked Gray from the very first book but after reading his story I just fell in love with him. He’s been in love with Fallon since the age of 15, but due to circumstances and class they had to keep their friendship a secret. They drifted apart over time but remained in each others hearts. When she needs him after a rough moment he drops everything for her and a wonderful, exciting and steamy adventure begins. His family are wonderful and love Fallon, hers not so much particularly her ex and her mother! Real pieces of work. A beautiful, steamy and terrific read. Off to read Callans story.
