A SCIENCE FICTION DATING STORY

Everyone says humans need to learn how to control their curiosity about other species

However, I refuse to forgo a delicious opportunity to spend time with a beautiful androgynous Agnorrian. Despite being repeatedly warned that Agnorrians are hazardous to humans’ health, I cannot reconcile how a species whose appearance is so perfectly humanoid and irresistibly alluring, could be dangerous?

Review

"A tale of caution in the alien world! I loved this unusual tale which is a one night stand from hell. It is satire in the alien romance world that parallels the wealthy sinful world of the rich and famous." — Lady MB, Amazon Reviewer ★★★★★

"Exactly as advertised. This is a super fun, unique, kinky story of the heroine's erotic encounter with what should be a sexually incompatible species. If you are looking for a short funny escapist erotic tale of a wild night that does not intend to lead to true love - and doesn't- but leads to fun consensual sexual exploration this is the story for you. Bonus - it is well written!" — Larky,

"Absolutely worth a read! Can't wait for this story to continue, I am forever a fan of the weirdly sexy." — Desiree,

"I think this story was hilarious I laughed so hard at certain parts I almost wet myself. Loved it personally and yes if you're not able to have an open mind you probably shouldn't read the book lol!" — Aleastra,

"I read all of the reviews before I borrowed this book with KU, and I still wanted to read it, lol. I want to believe that this story is like a new kind of satirical sci-fi with the boundaries erased. I enjoyed the female main character, I thought she was believably set up with a whole gamut of human stereotypical mindsets, and that's always fun to read. I loved that in this story, humans weren't the victims of some weird sadomasochistic world where someone felt the need to correct them and thought whooping their butts was an aphrodisiac. That was a nice enough change. Also, no one was depending on them to save their race, to breed better pets, or become the galaxy's newest slave. This is my first time reading this author and I like her writing style. The androgynous aliens were human enough to be believable and alien enough to remain weird. I loved that no matter how many of her friends tried to warn her off, Gia was still up to try something new. You have to love that kind of pioneering spirit, yeah?" — L. Nunn,

I love science fiction romance, so expect my stories to always be lasciviously alien and heavy on sci-fi world-building.

***1/2 stars- Gia is a gambler who has come to the gambling games to win. She first sees the Agnorrians and is fascinated. They are known to be androgynous and attractive to humans. Their genitals are a mystery since no human has mated with them as far as anyone knows. When one participates in interspecies sex one is always gambling with one’s life. Gia’s friend warns her she will end up in the hospital after she has sex with the Agnorrian. Gia is very curious and wants to be with the Agnorrian anyways. The author does a good job world building the story. You are hooked at the beginning. The sex scenes are definitely a sci-fi erotica mating. Very different from a normal mating. You will definitely be shocked and surprised. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

Gia is a Gambler who lives on Falcon Station. She is getting ready for a big tournament of gamblers from around the galaxy. Gia just found out that there will be an Agnorrian prince or princess on the station for this game. No one knows much about the Agnorrian aliens but Gia is someone that needs to scratch that itch. This is a short read and very different than other romance alien stories. This is not a mating but a one night stand. There is adventure, action, drama, and steam. You'll find out all about some of the mating habits of the Agnorrian. Very interesting. I received an ARC copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I must say that the story (not much longer than a short story) is creative, but it doesn't have any discernible plot. Just a little bit of world building, then a weird sex act with hermaphroditic aliens that ends with the female in a hospital for her injuries. And the writing style is unpleasantly abrupt, with many word crimes. No desire to read any sequels, thanks.

There are gambles a-plenty when Gia, a professional gambler, enters a major entertainment gambling tournament also attended by the mysterious Agnorrians. While other species are more familiar with Agnorrians, humans no nothing about them except for the unconfirmed rumors they hear from others.

Gia takes a gamble to have a one-night-affair with a Agnorrian princess, which, to the Agnorrians, means the princess with the help of her 20 closest friends. There is a great amount of unique world-building when it comes to the Agnorrians in terms of culture, anatomy and physiology. Gia explores all of these unique characteristics along with the reader. In building the Agnorrians, the author moves beyond simple gender dichotomies, heteronormative ideas of intercourse, and creates a unique anatomy that is both creative, but not too outlandish that it could still be within practical evolutionary possibilities.

This isn't really a romance, it is a done in one Kindle Unlimited... escapade or adventure, think "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" only this Vegas happens to be Falcon Station, and that impulsive stranger you take a chance on isn't from another state, but the far reaches of outer space.

This story is intense, and on the edge, crossing some lines most Sci-Fi and Fantasy stop short of, so I would recommend this for adventurous readers, or readers in an adventurous mood... but if unexpected kink doesn't fit your mood, save this for another night.
