    Love Joe Hawke....cant stop reading...have done all 5 books in a week. Gripping action. Hated the deaths in first triology but realise necessary for realism. Each book has just got better. The writer Rob Jones knows how to blend suspense terror humour ancient lengends and mythology into a delight that once a book started must be read to end even if the dinner has to be made.
    I love that he takes stories that are read to us or we read as youngsters and brings them right up to date with fabulous twists. The Elixir of immortality and Posedine in first triolgy still bearing fruit as in apple in books 4 and 5. The slow burn of learning of the lives of Joe,Lea,Scarlett and others in ECHO helps one to piece together why they are the people they have become. While l Thank Rob Jones for great reads l am upset with him that l now have to wait for the next Joe Hawke and rest of ECHO Team instalment....Please dont be long

    This was another exciting read. Little tongue in cheek at times but on the whole well worth reading. Sometimes think Joe Hawke must have been a cat in a previous life the amount of lives he has gone through lol. Looking forward to book six.

    I have read a reasonable number of mr Rob Jones and I have to mention that I am disappointed in that a number of pages have been redacted it tended to disrupt the flow of the novel
