About the author

Author of kinky characters, life enthusiast, and supporter of afternoon naps. Aubrey Cara enjoys long walks in the park, trying to master hula hooping, and writing about the dirty, sexy kind of love that is as rare and beautiful as the Cebu flowerpecker.
She resides in the U.S. with her yard obsessed husband, all knowing teen, and a dog who just wants to be allowed to bark at the neighbors.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 16, 2017I love all the books in this series-- Aubrey Cara writes it hot and delicious.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2017Interesting plot and I would keep reading the series but if all the human females like spanking and/or any form of BDSM, I'll call it too unrealistic and think the author can't write any other erotic scenes. Lots of talent but really, we are not all fans of female submissives.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2018I liked this book more than book 1. Found the triad to be more interesting given her back story and all 3 characters overcoming the violence of Hannah's initial intro to the Monrok. Appreciated that Cara takes time to build the story around how much each character must adapt to their new situation. Well done. I really enjoyed all aspects of the book and Cara continues to deliver some exceptionally hot threesome action.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2017This is the second book in a series that I am coming to love more and more. It continues the story of a group of male cyborgs made from abducted human children who escape from their creators with a few more recently stolen human women from Earth who have not had cybernetic enhancements. This particular installment begins with a very DARK sex scene of non-consent on the part of the female. It could be a trigger to those susceptible. The story goes on from this point to be less BDSM; and, relationships recover and mend while there continues to be spanking and domestic discipline. This book has some of the best masturbation scenes that I have ever read, very HOT! A couple of elements that I did not care for but understand in the context here were religion and beards, just not a fan of beards and just not conditioned to a contemporary religious theme in this type science fiction genre. I look forward to more in this series, perhaps the story of an interesting support character, Raina, and that of the Monrok and his human female stowaway who arrive on the newly established cyborg planet, Kadeema, at the end of this book.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2018I really enjoy reading this series. The books are pretty quick and easy reads which are also really hot. Great combo. I really want more in this series and its spinoffs.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2017Whew! If strong, demanding men are your thing, you've come to the right book. Plenty of action, adventure, and more action--of every kind.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2017I happened across one book, and then one-clicked all the rest of her stories!! I LOVED these characters and so we'll written!
I'll buy more!!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2018Whuff... what a reading, first of all if you decide to read this series, just be prepared that you will not be willing to put the book down once you start reading - and then you don't want to stop until you have read them all... wow - this was not what I was expecting when I offered to read Bambis alien abduction which is the first one in the Earth Girl's Guide but also about the Monrok, at least partially. Now I only have one left to read, unfotunately and that is Their Human Pets... even though normally I don't like such stories, after reading the other Monrok stories, I simply have to read that one too... So - just hope you have as much fun reading these stories as I have.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surprised!
Well written, great descriptions, good story. Character development was amazing. Unlike alot science fiction books this dealt with rape incredibly well and I was especially impressed with the male characters emotional response and feelings about what the female lead had suffered, whilst still retaining their 'alieness' !
