    Un romanzo dalla trama originale e devo dire molto coinvolgete sentimentalmente, ambientata ai giorni nostri, il che lo rende ancora più unico. Una bambina che vede sterminata la propria famiglia, salvata da un ragazzo che riconosce in lei l'ultima persona appartenente alla famiglia reale. Fugge nel deserto dove una tribù beduina la trae in salva, intuendo su chi lei fosse e viene cresciuta come una guerriera, pronta a riprendere il suo posto a palazzo per riportare e condurre il suo paese alla prosperità come lo avevano fatto i suoi genitori.
    Passano gli anni e al trono sale il figliastro del ribelle che aveva sterminato la famiglia reale, lo stesso re che da ragazzino salvò la vita della principessa.
    Tante sono le avventure che vivono entrambi i ragazzi fino al giorno in cui si incontrano da adulti, in una situazione alquanto strana e totalmente imprevedibile.
    Solo il re la riconosce come la legittima erede al trono ma lei ignora che sia la stessa persona che le aveva salvato la vita in passato, cresciuta con l'odio e pregiudizi sul nuovo re.
    Nasce un nuovo sentimento dentro di loro, l'amore, imparando a conoscersi e ad amarsi. Fin dal primo incontro si percepisce da poche parole scritte che coesiste una forte attrazione chimica fra i due reali nonostante passino tempo solo a litigare e vivere sull'attenti.
    Intrigante, coinvolgente e assolutamente romantico sotto vari aspetti. Letto tutto d'un fiato, un gran romanzo rosa anche se non ho dato 5 stelle solo per il fatto che le effusioni d'amore intense, erano un pò ripetitive anche se alcuni episodi li ho trovato originali e tremendamente emozionanti.

    Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.... La trama è bellina ma il libro quando parla di tutte le relazioni con gli altri stati é un po' tedioso tanto che giri le pagine tra una domanda e una risposta ci sono almeno 2 pagine tanto che torni indietro per capire poi la risposta..... Ci sono errori di ortografia che potrebbero essere insignificanti se il libro ti tenesse col fiato sospeso invece non è stato così. Peccato
