Love Beareth All Things (Redmond Family Saga Romance Series Book 5) Kindle Edition
Ulysses S. Grant has been elected to a second term as President, and while the Redmond family avoided national politics during the first administration, this time, Charlie and Rebecca have no excuse to avoid being thrown into international politics. Grant’s administration has faced scandal after scandal – some because of Grant’s less than honorable family members, others because of the power and opportunities available as gold and silver are found in the American west, and global trade is burgeoning with the growth of the British East India Company.
Grant has thrust Charlie and Rebecca into this maelstrom of international trade and politics, as they are the only people Grant will trust with reaffirming the delicate relationship with the powerful British empire and the sometimes demanding Queen who controls it all. It's 1873 and Charlie and Rebecca walk the path of politics and power in the great city of London. They have only begun to realize what pitfalls lie ahead. And Charlie’s secret in this world of power politics and sexual games, is faced with a whole new set of threats.

About the authors
Author T. Novan, has been writing his entire life. His love of the craft and his desire to master the art started young, when he won a community creative writing contest at the age of 8 with a short story about how mankind would settle future disputes over a chessboard. 40 years later, he realized that after working a variety of jobs including auto mechanic, police officer and even chimpanzee keeper, it was time to return to the one thing that he simply cannot deny – his love of and need to write.
He is married, with one daughter and three grandchildren. He currently lives about 20 minutes outside of Richmond, Virginia, on the grounds of the Confederate headquarters of Battle of Cold Harbor. A “gentleman farmer” with a small family homestead, he tends his flock of chickens and his miniature donkey, and writes.
After being in semi-retirement from the writing world for nearly a decade, T.N. has re-emerged with the re-release of classic titles like Madam President, First Lady and Words Heard in Silence (Book 1 of the Redmond Family Saga). He and his wife, Taylor Rickard, are actively working on the next two books in the Saga. Paths of Peace, Book 2, will be released in time for Christmas of 2015, and Enemies in the Gates (Book 3) will be released in January/February of 2016.
Taylor Rickard has an unusual background. She was raised in the south by a grandmother whose love of Southern history and traditions was instilled in her from an early age. Her grandmother’s dreams for her life included being presented at the St. Cecilia’s Cotillion, marriage to a nice boy from the Citadel, and a life of doing research for the Huguenot Society of South Carolina and raising lovely little Children of the Confederacy. That didn’t happen. She grew up to have multiple careers in her life.
She has been a chef, a television producer/director and an information technology architect. But it was that love and knowledge of all things southern that lead her and her partner, T. Novan to begin what would become a saga that follows the lives of a family through the end of the Civil War, the pain of the Reconstruction, and the extravagance of the Gilded Age – so far!
She now lives with her partner on a small farm in rural Kentucky, working her day job, writing at night, and feeding her family and friends from her extraordinary collection of traditional recipes from around the world.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2020Format: KindleVerified PurchaseALERT: This book covers the second half of Honor Thy Father book. The publishers have made their announcement on their website regarding republishing Honor Thy Father in two part books.
++ I for one have not read the first published book of Honor Thy Father. I gave this book a high rating personally because of the content and the entertainment value. I do have to admit I am not so happy to know that there is a book out there in its entire story.
This book takes of in the middle of a potentially scandalous scene with Mr. and Mrs. Redmond. As a fan of Charlie and Rebecca, I was captivated by the bond they shared. Despite all the obstacles their family face, as a reader I was engrossed to learn more about their daily life with family and friends and the not-so-friends.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2020Format: KindleVerified PurchaseThis is a very good series. I have read all 5 books and hope there are more in the series. This is worth your time to read it is very enjoyable. I waited to leave a review until I read all 5. There are Grammer mistakes and a date mistake in one of the books.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2021Format: KindleVerified PurchaseI've already read this! It's the second half of "Honor Thy Father" that I bought back in 2017.
What kind of marketing ploy is this?
Shaking my head at you, Novan!

- Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2020Format: KindleVerified PurchaseDo not pay for this book, the whole entire story was from the last book published. So I spent money for a story I already owned. Save your money. Very disappointed in book. Always look forward to anything that T. Novan puts out but this is not one of them

2.0 out of 5 stars Already covered in book 4
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseNot really "book5" just a rehash of book 4. Still a good read but misleading title.
