Absolutely breathtaking! A rock star romance for ages! Lily and Mitch are #goals! Exquisitely written,this book took me into the life of fame then threw me back into my teenage years. Lily is so relatable. I came to love her so much. Her strength,her weakness,her perseverance. Mitch has a heart of gold and the author shows you that time means nothing when it comes to true love.With captivating side characters to boot I proudly give this 5 stars and wish I could give more!

    Timing.. everything in life is based on timing.

    This book hurt my soul a bit. My heart and soul hurt for Lily and all the pain she felt in her short life. She was crushing on Case and he just loved to toy with her and her emotions. But then she fell in love with Mitch, but he and his band have to go on tour. The timing just isn’t right. The only constant in Lily’s life is her best friend Lo, who is there through thick and thin. Will Lil and Mitch finally get their shot? Grab this book to find out!

    If you are looking for a great, emotional read then this is the book for you.

    It is very rare that I finish a book that has a heroine that I didn't like at all. I also can count on one hand, with fingers not even being put up the number of books I've read with the characters being in high school. Yet, I read this book, but struggled through most of it.

    I kept waiting for Lily to redeem herself. I kept waiting for Mitch to move on & have his HEA. I understand young love. I understand being blinded by love. I also understand how teenagers do stupid things that end with consequences. What I couldn't understand is why a famous rock star kept going back to get knocked down. I also couldn't understand Lukas' complete acceptance of their situation without any real reaction. I can't imagine that at his age, he was so accepting with no questions.

    This is the first of hundreds of books that I read that I didn't want the heroine to get her HEA with the person she did. She did not deserve him.

    This is a new author to me, and I will read another of her books, and I will actually recommend this book if someone is looking for this type of book. It just wasn't a book for me, but it was well written, and that is why I gave it 3 stars.

    In usual Lindsay fashion I was 100% enthralled in this book. From beginning to end I was begging for more. I even read it in one sitting!!! She perfectly (and strategically) pulled at every dang heart string in the best and most awful ways. Lindsay has such a special way of writing and it truly shows in every book. While this isn't my favorite books of hers, it was so amazing!

    I loved everything about Lily. She wasn't perfect, but she was herself. I can relate to Lily in so many ways, so that made me love her so much more. We saw her make some major mistakes, her mistake love for lust, and her go through some truly horrible moments. But, overall, she was so tough. From Between Case, Luca and Mitch, we got to see a lot of sides of Lily. Her romantic sides, her lowest of low sides, and her motherly sides. Lindsay did such an amazing drop touching some super hard topics in this book and she did it so amazingly! Although, there were definitely times where I was cursing her while she did it! Had I not read this all at one time, I would have been messaging her multiple times! I didn't want to stop to do that though!

    And Mitch, ohhhh how I love Mitch so much! This man, he was a saint. I loved how he is this rockstar who didn't forget where he came from. His adoration for Lily was so amazing, and then his love and adoration for Easton, it was almost too much! When it came to him though, Lily was pretty awful. There were many times where I wanted to smack them both!

    Then we have Lola and Luka, while both super important, in the grand scheme of things, they were side characters. Both played such an important role though! I loved how Lola was Lily's sidekick in every way. She was there at the super low and the super high, and helped her be an amazing mom. And, in some ways, Luka did the same thing. Luka helped Lily heal and grow.

    I can't say anything else without giving too much away, but you need to read it. It has rockstars, a tough female lead, drama, romance, and many secrets!

    This is the first book in this new series, and my word, this author knows how to write a heartwrenching tale which had me totally invested in the characters throughout. This story is about Mitch and Lily, and how timing is everything, and there are some great secondary characters. This is a beautifully written story which is raw, gritty, emotionally charged, and with humor, regret, turnout, and love, which leads to an all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I always highly recommend. If you are a lover of rockstar romances, then this is a must read!

    While it started off rocky for me as I truly disliked the heroine, Lily, in the end, I found it to be a heartwarming story about the persistence of a man in love. Lily was the good girl until she wasn't. She made a few decisions that ultimately affected a few lives, including her own but in the end, she owned up to the responsibility of those decisions. I loved Logan, I loved Mitch, I despised Case and I guess in the end, that is how it should have been. I had my heart broken several times but in the end got my HEA

    To say that this book took me on a rollercoaster ride of emotions wouldn’t be telling you half of it. When Lily and Mitch fell for each other, it wasn’t long before Mitch had to leave on tour with his band which were on the rise to stardom. Timing sometimes throws a wrench in so many things.

    To say I that this book captured my attention is only part of it. I always love a good rock romance and this book along with this author is one I will definitely check out again.

    This book has everything that makes a great rockstar romance . Super sexy rockstar, check. rise to fame and fortune,check. super hot steamy scenes, check .But this book is so much more then that.The depth of the characters and the strong thoughts and feelings they evoke from us is what makes this book truly amazing.

    Lindsay shows us the power and the control that being trapped in our own head has over us. How it triggers self-doubt and insecurities so strong that you begin to believe everything you’re thinking. That a person cannot be happy or love someone else until they truly love and accept themselves. Watching Lil go through all of this was so relatable and her transition was simply amazing.

    We get to witness how powerful it is having a bestie like Lola on her side.Having someone in your corner that loves and supports you no matter what while keeping it real, not letting your crap slide and although they don’t agree with your decisions, they still back you up 100%. That is a bond that is invaluable and I love their relationship!

    And lastly how rare and special it is finding someone who sees and knows your worth especially when you don’t see it. They let you self-destruct and fix yourself, while loving you and supporting you selflessly and silently from a far, giving you the space and time you need to grow, even though it’s killing them to do it. Just wow!

    This book was all about love growth and healing and I can’t tell you how much I loved it.
