Three sisters. Three witches. One hundred years after the Salem witch trials.
Time is running out to stop a deadly curse…
THE MACINNESS LEGACY TRILOGY
In 1692, an innocent man accused of witchcraft hangs in Salem, Massachusetts. His death reignites a deadly feud between the descendants of two ancient Scottish clans—MacGow and MacInness, which leaves the MacInness clan descendants cursed. Any man who weds a MacInness is destined to an early death. The MacInnesses have one century to lift the curse and reflect it back upon Clan MacGow. Nearly one hundred years later, triplet sisters separated in childhood, are being drawn back to Salem. They have three months to refine their unearthly talents of fire, sight, and healing, and break the deadly curse…or lose the men they love forever.

- Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2016I really enjoyed this.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2015I really enjoyed all of the books in this series...well written historical romantic fiction at its best. The authors' research and thoughtfulness combined with an imaginative idea connecting all three books makes for a winning series.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2014These stories are fast moving adventures. It is hard to put the books down once I started them. I look forward to reading more of Sandy's and J Julie's work.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2018I loved it.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2014OMG how I loved this series. I couldn’t put it down once I started reading in. Sure it took me a few chapters into the Fireweaver before I was hooked, its a little slow at first but once it picks up your hooked in. I enjoyed all the characters in the book and how well developed they are. I also really enjoyed how the authors brought alive a time period and threw us in with a lot of facts and information to make us feel like we are there as well. Its not every author that can sweep you away like that.
My favorite set of characters have to be, without a doubt, Alexandrea and Pierce. I loved how feisty and sure of herself, that Alexandrea was. I also loved their story of coming together. It wasn’t fast, it wasn’t instant, and it built up. Pierce wasn’t even sure if he liked Alex at first due to her always wanting to talk about science and how she wanted to be a part of the “man’s world” Yes I know right. HORRIBLE THINKING DUDE! But still it was amazing.
The Seer pretty much summed up the first two books and showed us how the curse was broken. It kept you on the edge of your seat while you read it, wanting to know just who are the people trying to kill the girls.
This box set was amazing! There is really no other way to describe it. The amount of information that is given to you is astounding but never overwhelming.
