He is her worst enemy. So why can’t she stop checking him out?

When dragon shifter
David is told that he has a mate somewhere and that he must protect her from grave danger, he thinks someone’s messing with him.

But when his mad quest leads him to the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen, he knows instantly what to do: mark her as his own and punch down anyone who gets in the way.

Shouldn’t be too hard, right?

Quinn is ready for revenge. She wants to finally re-claim the land that was taken from her family by a bunch of green-eyed dragons years ago. But she gets just a little distracted when a gorgeous shifter drops out of the sky, right onto her doorstep.

She quite enjoys hearing the sound of her name in that low, resonant voice of his and seeing that sweaty, powerful body move…

But… wait. Aren’t his eyes… green?

Is he her worst enemy?

Does he hold the key to the lost land… or to her heart?

    Great Dragon Read Indeed.

I enjoyed reading about Quinn and David. Their story is so good, it'll melt your heart, sigh.

Another dragon finds his soulmate but whoa what David had to go through is something.
Quinn and her father suffered by Davids father so things get dicey when both Quinn and David find out the truth.
Throw in a bunch of coyotes with plans of deception, a magical stone and an Oracles vision turns this into one interesting story!!

I have voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Wow so much emotion in this one. I was furious with Quinn and get treatment with David when she found out who his father was. Like he had any day who his parents are and what they do. Oh the more I read the madder I got. Haha. That's what makes this a great read.

Thanks for the great story, and the great characters. I was glad to see some of the characters from a previous story. You weave a wonderful tale, you never fail to entertain. Please keep up the great job that you are doing.

Very nice paranormal romance in the Dragon Vally series. We met David in Amara's book and she and her mates will play a part in this story. David has returned home after years away. He has been avoiding his father, William, who is the terror of the valley. (You may remember him from previous books.) When his father unexpectedly gives him a piece of rocky, barren land David is not sure why, or exactly what he should do with it. When his friend Amara happens upon an old book of his about fortune telling she convinces him to visit with an Oracle near her kingdom.

Quinn and her father live in the Mojave Desert on a piece of land that has a magical make that nourishes it. They were forced from their real home in the Dragon Valley of Colorado when a conniving dragon forged a deed showing his ownership of the the fertile land. (Yeah, William.) They took the magic stone that brought the water to the land and left. Quinn dreams of returning to reclaim their property, but her father refuses.

The Oracle sends David off with a dire message about his mate and her need of his presence due to impending danger. When he arrives at a desert oasis to find a furtive coyote shifter has gotten there before him and is trying to court his mate he is determined to stay and stake his claim. But what will happen when Quinn finds out who his father is? Why do the coyotes want Quinn and her father gone?

I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.

Another hit for the Dragon Valley Series. David finds himself being summoned home by his father, and reluctantly heads back to Dragon Valley. When he gets there he is given a patch of land by his father to dig a home out of and live. Amara is there visiting and after David gets some confusing info after doing a star reading she talks him into going back to her home to discuss things with the Oracle who sends him on a quest to find and save his mate. Quinn and her family were exiled from Dagon Valley because of a lie when she was a child, Now as an adult all she wants to do is go back to Dragon Valley and demand the exile be lifted and her home given back to them but her Father wants to leave things as they are. Then one day a handsome stranger shows up to their home claiming to be lost and Quinn and her Father offer him a place to stay until he can find his family. Then David shows up the next day claiming that the oracle sent him there to help them, that they were in danger. What's a girl to do? Two handsome men show up on her doorstep, both showing an interest in her, both hiding secrets, oh my. This book has plenty of action, drama, intrigue, and heat. I would recommend reading this book to find out what happens next, this is a must read.
I voluntarily received and ARC of this book and am leaving my honest review.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. The series is enjoyable. I remember David from the previous book as the stargazer. A gentle soul with a background that had hurt and family history that will be brought forth in this book. Quinn is a woman scorned. Her and her father lost their family land by forgery. She wants to fight to get it back. He doesn’t. There’s pain there. The storyline follows the journey the Oracle shared with David. One that will change his life. Quinn is his destiny. Getting there will be the struggle of a lifetime.

Kayla Wolf is back with the sixth book in her absolutely delicious Dragon Valley series of interconnected but totally stand-alone novels. The book is Marked by the Dragon: A Paranormal Romance and if you’re in the mood for a wonderfully hot paranormal romance then look no further. See the publisher’s blurb for a perfectly decent summary. David (our hot alpha dragon) May have a bit of a problem getting with his destined mate Quinn, seeing as how she’s out for revenge against green-eyed dragons and, no matter how yummy he is when in human form he’s definitely green-eyed. Oracular forecasts, interfering coyote shifters, action, twists and turns, romance, it’s all here. Plus great characters both now and returning (key roles for Amara and for David’s dad William, back from prior tales). Frankly, but for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend. I’m definitely looking forward to the next book in this series.

This is a good dragon story, but with lots of loose ends and some things that just annoyed me - where did their mothers go? If it was going to be that easy, why were they fighting the coyotes? The ending was a bit too easy but I enjoyed the overall storyline and I liked the characters. David is sweet, Quinn is docile but is starting to want more than living in an oasis with her father. I liked their happy ending

Excellent again. 6 read and only 2 left 😢. It's been journey of progression. Characters from previous books pop up in other stories, it's really good and although each book has it's nasty moments it's not the whole story. Really enjoying this series
