    This book changed how I think about sleep and sleep apnea, and persuaded me to have my family screened. It's packed with great information, interesting facts and practical advice, and really hammers home how important sleep is to every part of our lives. It's also made me more aware of my kids' sleep and how it affects their behavior, and how my own sleep is important.

    I plan on lending it out to family and friends, so that they can also understand why so many modern health problems are actually sleep breathing problems!

    Dr.Dassani has successfully connected the overall health with sleep. She has illustrated with care and compassion that sound sleep is not only essential for a healthy body and happy life but is also the natural and the best method to heal.
    Sleep is becoming a commodity that often slips away from our grasp because of the pressures of modern life. Sleep apnea is pretty common these days and shows that there are some elements in our modern stressful life-style that need to change, and this book sets a path to look at those problems and address them in a natural and healthy manner. I recommend it to everyone who faces insomnia and sleep apnea.

    Sleep, a task that we all take for granted these days. Amidst the enormous workload & alarming competition in all occupations, we prefer letting go of our nap times & try to sweat harder to deliver nothing but perfection.

    When some time ago, one of my dear people was fretting about loss of sleep, I was advised to glance at the book Airway is Life. From this work, I realized that a sleep crisis is something several people are experiencing. I never believed that it could really exist.

    The book's name is so apt to its crux. The blurb places so perfectly what to anticipate. It is recorded by the expert herself, who has a specialization in the domain with real-life samples. Though the writer is a doctor, the whole volume is composed so that even a novice can quickly learn & gain understanding.

    This one is an all-embracing self-help book that's valuable not only for us but for all the people near us. It frees up our minds to develop a good sleep cycle to grow in life. It informs us how, due to loss of sleep, our body displays many health difficulties.

    This book is so informative about sleep health & its connection to many of today’s most concerning health problems. I’m a dentist who screens all my patients for sleep disordered breathing and I plan to give this book to patients to spread the word about airway health! I wish that everyone in the world would read this book, we’d all be healthier if we did!

    Dr.Dassani gives everyone the big picture of how the airway, sleep and your overall health are so integrated. This is a book that gives you information to ask the questions you need to ask either a doctor/ dentist in order to get answers for health issues that have been ( or haven’t been ) slept away. To better sleep and better health !

    An excellent book for anyone who is or knows someone suffering from airway disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and many more. The author provides detailed information on what these disorders are and how we can tell whether we have them or not. Also, some great advice on how to talk with your doctor and what treatment options are available. I would highly recommend this book!

    I've had trouble sleeping for years, and this book has some great tips and ideas that I'm really looking forward to trying. It's written nice and simply too, not too much medical language. A great read.
