Aubrey Bondurant is a working mom who loves to read, write and travel.

She describes her writing style as: "Adult Contemporary Erotic Romantic Comedy," which is just another way of saying she likes her characters funny, her bedroom scenes hot, and her romances with a happy ending.

    My heart is so full!! It’s bursting with love and happiness and hope and all the sweetness and swoony goodness!

    Is this now my favorite of the series?
    It just might be!!

    I’ve got some serious mad love for Caleb & Daisy, I couldn’t love them any more if I tried. Ms. Bondurant knocked it out of the park with this book. Why? For so many reasons.

    Is it because it’s so beautifully written? Yes!
    Maybe because it’s a wonderful, feel-good, heartwarming story?
    Definitely yes.
    Could it be because I saw a little bit of my son in Caleb, and caught a possible glimpse into the future? BIG yes. Is it because the author handled certain topics with love and care and a tenderness they deserved? Without a doubt, yes.

    Caleb is such a complex yet highly lovable character. He’s full of so much love to give, but he grew up feeling unworthy, flawed, less than.

    And Daisy…*sigh*… I have the biggest girl crush right now. She is absolutely perfect. I knew I loved her in the previous books, but now, getting to know her up close & personal…I have fallen even harder for her. She’s smart and patient and kind and giving. Exactly what Caleb needs.

    Watching these two together was a beautiful thing. They are ADORABLE together. Even though Caleb could be a handful, obsessive, and blunt, Daisy wouldn’t change a thing. She couldn’t help but be drawn to him. She fell for the man she knows he is. She SEES him. And she wants all of him.

    This story hit me with all the feels in all the right places. So many emotional moments pulled at the heartstrings and many had me tearing up. It has humor, it’s got steam, and it has so. much. heart.

    Have I mentioned how much I loved this book?
    It’s SO GOOD.
    When I was finished, I wanted to go back to the beginning and start all over again.

    Have I mentioned Daisy is an Iowa girl? She is! To read an amazing story, and then have some Iowa tidbits thrown in there made this book that much more enjoyable. There’s talk of sweet corn and the Iowa State Fair - what perfect timing because it’s sweet corn season and the fair starts next week!!

    Another fabulous, well-written story in this series!
    I cannot wait for the next two books!!

    Daisy is a bubbly sunshine always looking at the positive when she literally wrecks into her new boss on the way to her interview to be his temporary assistant. Caleb is an attorney who hides his Autism diagnosis from everyone due to his family and ex-wife making it seem like a burden. They slowly become friends and then fall in love. Caleb had to learn to trust not only Daisy but also himself to be a great partner, husband, and family man. It was a great book with a SPICE level of 3. I can't wait to read more of this series!

    This story was absolutely bloody awesome. I am a BIG fan of stories that remind me to look past my own nose and make better decisions. Not everything you see is what it seems. A beautiful face can be attached to a scarred body. A fit and healthy body can house a struggling mind. A scarred face can have a perfect body. A body with physical issues can house a brilliant mind. Every one of us is different and I loved this friendly reminder to not judge a book by its cover.

    Caleb and Daisy were absolutely bloody awesome characters and I loved seeing them grow throughout the story. This couple's emotional ups and downs showed their capacity to confront their issues and discuss their ideal outcomes. I think Aubrey Bondurant did a beautiful job of showing the romanticism of a couple who truly care if their partner is hurting. Even when one of them inflicted the hurt, they were always quick to take ownership of their wrongdoing. Getting their inner thoughts helped me to understand how they came to make the (wrong) decision.

    Miss Fortune is the kind of story that I find extremely hard to put down. I was completely invested in this couple and was desperate to see them find their happiness together. I do not want to elaborate too much, because I think the reader will appreciate the pace the author delivers us the characters. I'm glad I didn't know beforehand who was beautifully scarred, fit, healthy, struggling mentally or physically challenged. The perfection of these characters is in the imperfections.

    If I could convince you to try an Aubrey Bondurant, I think this might be the one I would recommend. Sure, it is part of a series, but fortunately, they are standalone with just a fleeting glimpse of some of the characters from previous books. I might be a touch bias, but I think all of the books in this series are great. If you are a fan of office romances, I definitely recommend trying the Miss series.

    The love that I have for Daisy before this book even began was immeasurable! It was going to take some one really freaking special for me to feel ok with her putting her heart on the line...... In comes Caleb. From the very beginning you can tell he is not really the uptight suit that he portrays himself as. He seems to fight so hard between who he is and who he thinks he is supposed to be.... which is exactly why Daisy is PERFECT for him! They were so much fun to read about! They had so much fun together. Some of the places they went .... I totally want to go now. Honestly these 2 are totally #RelationshipGoals ..... and their story is very inspiring! Definitely a MUST READ!!!

    I absolutely loved this book. Office romance is one of my favorite genres to read and Aubrey writes simple the best office romance books. I have read all of the books in the miss series and I just love each one more and more. This book on Caleb and Daisy is just great, I was hooked on the story as soon as I started reading it and couldn’t put it down. And I love being able to see some of the other characters from
    The other miss series books in it as well. I just love Aubreys book and love when she releases a new one. This is a must read book.
