I like the storyline & feel like it could’ve had much potential but it ultimately fell short. There was no sense of time (present, time jump, weeks/days) you just had to figure it out with context clues.

There was no depth in this book, not much of a personality for ANY of these characters. It was very much “insta-love/lust” after a week of knowing each other, like???

2 stars because I mean it’s a book & it entertained me for a bit but it was not my personal cup of tea & I wouldn’t recommend it unless you don’t mind the writing & want a quick read.

Well from the blurb it sounded great, but if we're talking a about this book & compare it to a burger......this story is missing the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, & all optional sauces. But there's definitely a top/bottom bun. Otherwise yeah.... I doubt I'll continue with the series.

Becca loves taking photographs. So much that she's made it her career. Leaving her small town life to go for a job in the big city is what she wants. Getting this job opportunity is big for Becca. Being Mr. Bennett's photographer is a huge deal. When she sees him she knows she's in over her head. What do you do when you fall in love with your boss?

Becca is sweet. Grant is a lot to handle but very passionate. They work well together. I enjoyed how they are when she's photographing him in any situation. It's magnetic when it comes to them. The bar scenes were interesting. Dancing always changes everything. The special room was beautiful. This isn't a bad story it just wasn't for me. I love accidental pregnancy but I don't particularly like it when the mother hides it from the father.

I read this because of TikTok, it’s sounded like my it would be one of my favourite quick time passing novellas.

    It was not.

It was flat, lacking in any excitement, and the h was so incredibly annoying I struggled through most of the book. I finished this mainly so I wouldn’t have anxiety over an unfinished book. I wouldn’t recommend this even for a short story to pass time at the bus stop.

It was basically like a Wattpad-style book, not what I expected from a writer. The whole thing was rushed. I'd basically call it a short story. It's nothing special.

This was a short but sweet story. I read it in just under 2 hours. It was very quick through the story line. However there were moments in the story that made me go back to read if I had missed anything. It’s was an ok read but definitely not my go to.
