The story reads as though there was more to his first wife's death, but we never told how she died. And I would have liked to know more about the threat and if it truly was in the past. This book has great character building and even has some suspense. It shows how people can be misunderstood and what can happen when the truth comes out. There are some interesting shifts in the plot and I ended up reading about the last 2/3s of the book in one sitting, wanting to know how it ended. I recommend this book, fun and easy to read, very enjoyable.
