Some of the comics are a little trite, but most are hillarious. Totally worth it.

I am the author of this book and would like to make some brief comments, so that potential buyers have a better description about the content.

The book is composed of more than 200 comic strips, as well as 13 articles written by well-known translators. Although the cover is in color, the interior is black and white. Also note that almost half of the strips are available on the Internet.

This is the first volume of a series, and was published “as a hobby”, after my blog enjoyed lots of attention. As a consequence, the book has two drawbacks:
    1) The drawings are very simple. Note that the second volume has better drawings, and the third one has much better drawings, since I began collaborating with a professional illustrator, Santiago Astor.
    2) The book has a number of English mistakes. These are due to several reasons, but the main one is that I am not an English native speaker myself and at that time I did not work with an editor. Note that the second volume has errors, too, but to a lesser degree. The third volume is even better edited.

I have received extremely good feedback over the years, and I hope you’ll enjoy the books. Selling them allows me to do this as a side job, so: thank you.

Although I used to ship Mox’s books myself for years, note that the books are only available at Amazon (USA, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Mexico) as of today (January 2018).

Being a freelance translator myself, I found this book totally hilarious, and at the same time it made me think about some aspects of the job, too. I'm definitely going to get the whole series.
