Off Field Drama: Class in Session Kindle Edition

SALEM
Senior year is upon us and as much as this is the last hurrah, it’s also time to buckle down because before I know we won’t have the quad to call home and then life truly begins. I’m not sure where I’m going, but I also want to enjoy the time I have left. I’ve carved out a nice place for myself amongst the theater geeks, but all that changes when I get paired with Hollis Lang, star quarterback and king of the Kings, for a project in a theater class he probably shouldn’t even be in.

I’m determined to do the work and not let how attractive he is get to me. Then I meet his best friend and fellow player, Slade Parsons. One of them I could ignore, but two?

Maybe it was always bound to happen, just like they say when I’m sandwiched between them while they handle my body better than they do a football. I’m hoping to get through the year without any drama, but when we’re talking about two kings on campus is that even possible? They’ve scored my heart and body, but will it last?

HOLLIS
Football is my life and I’ve only allowed myself a distraction or two along the way. I wasn’t expecting the biggest distraction of my life to be my partner in a theater class I’m taking for an easy grade while I’m playing the most important season of my life. Salem isn’t anything like the girls I’ve been with before—she’s so much more.

I’ve been looking toward the draft along with my best friend, Slade, who has been at my side for as long as I can remember. We’re a powerhouse team. I didn’t expect him to want the woman I’ve been watching since the first day of class, but it makes perfect sense. Can we have it all? Or is there too much off field drama?

SLADE
Hollis always told me the right woman would make me change my ways, but I never believed him. When he brings Salem into our world, he has every right to say, ‘I told you so’. We’ve faced opponents on the field and come out victorious. Winning over Salem and convincing her we want to share her forever is a battle we never expected and one we can’t lose.

With everything on the line, including three hearts, can we make it through the season without too much drama? Can we find a way to have everything we’ve ever wanted? I’m not going to let anything stand in my way and I know Hollis is right there with me. Salem is ours.

**18+ If you like alpha heroes and an insta-love story that is sweet and spicy but isn’t necessarily simple, then this is for you. No cheating with a guaranteed HEA. It is a standalone but is related to my Denver Family series (Banks Ink., Suburban Outcasts and Higgins Security). Salem is mentioned in Dad Bod Foreman as Griffin’s younger sister.**

Fall isn’t only about changing leaves and saying goodbye to summer, it’s also all about going back to school. Pack up and head back to the dorms because class is in session and love is in the air. Who will find their happily ever after this time–the nerd, the jock, or maybe the professor?

This fall, join your favorite Instalove romance authors from Flirt Club and find out just how naughty it can get on campus.

Ember Davis loves alpha heroes with a range of emotions, but a strong sense of how to take care of their women. She loves her heroines from all walks of life, just like her heroes, and she wants them to be real and relatable. Her heroines tend to be sassy, opinionated and smart.

Ember is a stay at home mom of two who recently refound her love of books and all things romance and is so glad that she did. She’s always been creative, but writing and creating stories that she would love to read satisfies the dreams she had as a little girl. She loves butterflies, the color purple and enjoying time with her family.

Pssst…it’s totally a pen name, but everything above is 100% true.

I sooo loved this book!! Ember Davis took this story all the way to the end zone. Salem had an attraction to Hollis. But never in her life did she think she would develop feelings for the campus Romeo Slade. And vice versa. But fate had other ideas. For all 3 of them!
This storyline was absolutely enjoyable. The chemisty between Salem, Hollis and Slade was so delicious and erotic as well as beautiful and genuine. Seeing how both of these men cared for, loved and protected Salem. And let's not forget the drama from the haters (campus female groupie). That whole mess had me laughing so hard! As I said this was an awesome read. I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed. Ember Davis showed up and showed out.

Ember Davis is a surprise and a delight! This is the 2nd book I've read by her, and I'm continually impressed by how she gets you emotionally invested with great character development. The characters are well written with clear personalities, and great relationships - both platonic and romantic.
Ember makes the relationship between Hollis - Salem - Slade "real" by giving them depth and focusing on how they build together ❤️.
This is an author that can give me butterflies while reading her work!

☆ Thanks so much Ember for all your hard work, and building such a great fictional world for your readers!

This was just darling! First love butterflies, steamy scenes and bone deep commitment all in the setting of senior year in college. Hollis and Slade are talented football players, determined to end their college career as stars and enter the draft. What they didn't bargain on was finding the woman meant to be theirs. Salem avoided sports like she was allergic. So when she found herself in a class with the sexy Hollis, she wasn't prepared for the effect he had on her. Then when she met his best friend Slade it was all she could do to keep her composure. I had been struggling with a book slump and this story cured me! Loved every second of this throuple's tale of happy ever after!

I loved this story, and I don’t usually read college books—too immature, in the beginning of finding their way, thinking that everything is do or die. However, this dealt with much more mature people who really had their lives together and what they wanted out of life. Loved the Denver family making an appearance but especially loved Beckett’s insight. Definitely worth the time to read this fun story.

Salem can't stop thinking about the unexpected addition to her drama class, Hollis, the star quarterback. When they are paired for a project she is unsure about it but Hollis insists he'll do the work and invites for over to his apartment to start. Little does she expect Hollis's attraction to her and she definitely never expects his best friend and roommate Slade to feel the same but somehow these three work in this great tale.

    Safety and Spoilers

Safe. No om drama. There is a woman who tries to cause problems but isn’t successful. H1 wasn’t a player but wasn’t a choirboy either. H2 was a big time player and was with someone at the beginning of the book, off page. Both H’s fall fast and hard for h and there isn’t anyone else for them after meeting her. h isn’t a virgin but I think it’s been a bit for her.
    No abuse or cheating.
