    Overall, I was not very impressed with this book at all. I usually don't buy an anthology unless I am familiar with more than one writer, so I took a chance on this one because the only writer included it that I am familiar with was Alexia Purdy and some of the other writers sounded promising. Sad to say, her story was the only one I liked. The other stories were pretty much a "meh, I've read better" type of work, and there were 2 particular ones that stood out to me as being the worse of the whole bunch. One was St. Charles at Dusk by Sarah M. Cradit...I personally do not like the jumping around of first person to third person on top of jumping back and forth on a timeline. Too confusing at times. The second one I did not care for was the novella In Too Deep by Morgan Jane Mitchell. Ugh. I don't even know where to begin on that particular one at all, and I've read some humdingers in this genre before, but this one takes the cake in stretching the limits on credibility at times. Normally I love reading anthologies, I have found so many new authors by finding them that way. This is NOT one I can claim to have found a new one in, and this is not one I would recommend. I removed it from my Fire.

    5 dirty, taboo stars!! I don’t normally read anthologies, but let me tell you I looooooooved this one so much!! It’s dirty and so sexy!!! Which are two things I love!!

    Temptation by Jami Denise - Dara has a huge crush on her boss and it’s Valentine’s Day, hurrying to leave work for a blind date, her boss asks her to stay late and help him with some filing. Of course she agrees, but when she tells him she’s late for a date, he gets p@ssed and tells her to go. After being stood up, she sits at the bar alone, until she notices her boss is also at the bar. He takes her upstairs for a night she’ll never forget.

    A Taboo Lesson by S. M. McDonald - Chrissy has left college and is now working as a maid at an upscale hotel/resort. While cleaning rooms one day she stumbles onto a laptop, curious she opens it and starts pleasuring herself to some photos she finds. Little does she know the gentleman who owns the computer is standing behind her, but he’s also her estranged step brother, she hasn’t seen in 10 years. Upset with her he tells her to come back later that night to settle the problem. When she shows up she’s greeted by her step brother and five other men. He makes her do humiliating things while in a french maid's costume. While it is disturbing, it’s hot!!

    Between Lines by MJ Lovewyn - Alex is engaged but not happy in the slightest. After his fiance’ tells him she doesn’t want kids, he decides he’s going to go on his family camping trip without her, so he can “think.” While hiking he runs into Riley, hot girl with assets he wants in a girl (if you know what I mean). He offers to take her on his hike with him and she agrees, they spend one hot night of passion in his tent and he knows he’ll never be the same. His fiance shows up and he leaves a note for Riley telling her not to look for him, he’d find her when he was ready. Things don’t work out with him and his fiance so he goes off looking for a job at the same high school that Riley works at, little does he know Riley doesn’t work there, she’s his student and she’s seventeen!!

    Love Lessons by Liv Morris - Tali is a high school english teach and also the cheer coach and she loves her job. But she also lusts after the star quarterback, Daniel Johnson. Daniel is failing English and she offers to tutor him, but when things go too far and lines are crossed what happens to them and their feelings??

    Volatile Confessions by Alexia Purdy - Hannah is working as a stripper and she loves it. She loves the attention she gets from the men and she has her pick to take home at night. One morning she’s woken by her roommate to find a man in her house, he offers her money and a place to stay if she’ll go out with his twin brother. But what Hannah doesn’t realize at first, she knows both of them but her memories have been blocked, she can’t remember anything. After she agrees to the date, she ends up back at their house, tied to a bed and teased mercilessly. Her memories start to come back and she remembers everything from the past and why they were torn apart.

    The Billionaire's Stepdaughter by Ginger Signh - Everett will stop at nothing to get her stepdad to pay attention to her. And after one night of passion, he’s hooked, he wants nothing else and nobody else! But now that Everett has him, will her mom find out??

    This Anthology was hot as h@ll and super sexy! Yes it was taboo subjects but each one was hotter than the next! I was hooked from page one and finished this box set in less than a day. Each book leaves you off with a cliffhanger which of course will make you want to buy the next book in the series!!

    These 9 little stories went pretty quick. Each story was a very short novella by 9 different authors that had some sort of taboo aspect of it. Such taboo content as student/teacher, step-dad/step-daughter, step-siblings, bdsm-type punishment by a group, etc.

    My favorite was by far about a ménage story with twin brothers & secrets in Volatile Confessions by Alexia Purdy. I loved this little story and can't wait to read more about these twins! The secrets they have really got my curiosity up to read this entire novel.

    I got a really good laugh at the end of The Billionaire's Stepdaughter. I would like to get some therapy like Rick gave Loraine in the sexy little novella In Too Deep. And who could forget Dara's ending on Valentines Day.

    So pick this little collection up. For only $0.99 it's a steal!
