Omega Bloodlines (Royal Alphas Mpreg Romance Book 1) Kindle Edition

4.1 out of 5 stars 174 ratings

Alex Thornriel is no ordinary shifter. He's the son of a king, and that makes him a prince...but not for long. With the king's sudden death, the crown and the kingdom pass along to Alex. All he wants is to grieve his father in peace, but the cocky playboy can kiss his former party lifestyle goodbye, and say hello to a life of obligation and duty. Luckily, a sweet distraction arrives in a captivating, low-born omega...

Commoner Damon Rasmussen hates nobles, so he's not very happy to be rubbing elbows with them at King Johnathan's funeral. From the moment he sets foot on the Thornriel estate, Damon's thrust into a bewildering universe of courtly refinement, at the center of which is the enigmatic Prince Alex. Alex is a noble of the highest order, and that makes him an enemy. But Damon can't seem to stay away, especially after a stolen kiss in a hidden annex, deep within the walls of the glamorous royal mansion...

They are a mismatched pair, but they're drawn to each other in an indescribable way. If they belong together, they better figure things out soon, because King Johnathan's death might not have been an accident. And Prince Alex could be next.

OMEGA BLOODLINES is a complete novel-length story with a HEA ending. First of an exciting new series, but can be read as a standalone book. Contains steamy scenes intended for mature readers.

Hi, I’m Kaia. I love drinking wine, knitting, hiking, and petting other people’s pets, but most of all I love the types of books that keep you curled up in a comfy chair, anxiously waiting for the two heroes to kiss. Luckily, I love writing those types of books as much as I love reading them! My books feature shifters, slow-burning passion, and men who love men. If that interests you, then let’s be friends! Very enjoyable royal, opposites attract story with mystery, palace intrigue, possible murder, and romance. Loved the characters of Alex and Damon and how they grew toward each other. This is a new author to me, and I can't wait for more in this series.

Someone's committing murder and it's hard to pin down who. All sorts of drama is happening in the Palace, but, who is the question. Can a King marry a commoner ?

Ascending to the throne because your father dies unexpectedly and finding when you return someone who calls to you and is likely your mate is enough to make anyone think that life is putting a lot on their plate. And then the intrigue that surrounds the death of the King adds a bit more spice to the story. Will Alex, the new king and Damon, the guest/ward of a royal family that comes to represent at the coronation be able to come together and resolve the mystery and be safe?

I choose five star 🌟 because it has story, mystery, drama etc, etc, all the right ingredients to make a book, if you write a book you expect your readers anxiously wait for the next one. This one has what it takes to drag readers trough the series. Great work

    Great book

An interesting story line with a slow build and then rapid denouement. The answer to the events is unexpectedly quick, leaving a few unresolved story threads. The characters are supported though not well developed. Ends with a hook into the next book, not quite a cliff-hanger, but not the ending one might expect.
