    What an incredible end to great series. I absolutely love the story of Hades and Persephone so realizing that this one had the genders switched around was very intriguing to me. I love the way the author changed some of the myths we know to suit the storyline here. I was blown away by the ending and how everything fit together. I absolutely adored the series and this book specifically the ending was such a roller coaster of emotions. I wish I could read it for the first time again!

    Okay, so now that my eyes have cleared of their tears, I can finally write my 3rd and final review on the Pomegranate Series. There were plenty of times during this book that I felt all the pieces coming together, masterfully laid out and scattered between Pomegranate and Pitchfork to tie up the finale in a nice neat box in Pandora. It's fast paced, I just kept turning the page, needing to know what happened next. Some scenes took my breath away. Some brought me into battle with Hades, Alkaios, Kerberos, and a whole cast of Olympians -- and others had me sobbing alongside them. I have enjoyed this series from the very beginning and while I'm sad that the journey is over, I'm glad I got to read their stories. I'm glad I got to read Nicole's gender bent version of the historic myth of Hades and Persephone. It is now my favorite twist on that tale. And now, I'm going back to the beginning because I'm not quite ready to say goodbye.
