    Del’s story arc is completed with this book, as she finally goes head to head with the shadows, and the demons they freed.
    There are a few intense encounters with some unusual supernatural beings too- and Pondflower the hellhound definitely steals the show!

    This book showcases all of Del’s mysterious powers, as she tries to right the wrongs- it makes for an exciting and action packed adventure. There are still multiple dangerous encounters, (Del probably only nearly dies three times in this book) and lots of magical action.
    Finally there is a big showdown, some romance and even a cameo from another author’s series!
    An exciting end to this middle part of the Triumvirate story arc… recommended for urban fantasy lovers.

    I really liked how this one topped the other ones when it came to the adventure and the action. And I loved how it combined all the like "subgroups" of characters we've seen before coming together to stop the great evil, it was really cleverly done.

    And the end almost got me! I was like there's no way they'd end a certain character that way and I was glad I was right.

    Overall, this was a great ending to The Seeker arc. Can't wait to see what happens in the next one!

    As with other young adult books, there is no rauch or really crude sex. Just a lot of kissing, which is great in my book. Del needs to get a grip on all the powers she has inside her, she even has to remember what powers she took!!! The book is real good fast phased! And the characters all have opinion's with out being over the top! Although the main characters have to hide what they are from everyone who at WHAT they are!!

    Another excellent installment in the Firesouls series. This one wraps up Del's 5 part storyline. I enjoyed Del's story as much as I did Cass's story. Filled with lots of adventure and exciting new places, along with all of the Firesouls and their friends, all of these books are a fun and pleasant read.
    I am now anxiously awaiting Nix's story!

    Totally epic ending to an awesome series. Del is one of 3 'sisters' who are brought together by more than blood and they have each other's backs in every way. Their relationship is a strong and endearing feature to these wonderful books by Linsey Hall. Del gets to finish her journey and right the wrongs that were put into place long before she was born. Wonderfully she also gets a little personal resolution which is incredibly heartwarming to read.

    The end battle (there's always an end battle in a journey book like this, and I look forward to it) is totally epic and broke my heart a little at times, it is not an easy one, but Del finds she has a lot of allies and they are behind her 100%, from all walks of life. I have to say my personal favourites would have to be Aerdeca and Mordaca, who are totally bad ass and awesome in every way. In fact all the secondary characters really cease to be 'secondary' and I love to hear about them all as much as Del, Cass and Nix. I'm very excited about Nix's personal journey and can't wait to read more about her.

    It is always a 5 star read from Linsey Hall. The characters are so wonderful, I feel like I know them as friends. The mythology is always unique and well researched and the places are fascinating with a little nod to the author's former career as an archaeologist, a feature that has become a favourite of mine, finding out where these stories are going to take us next. I can't recommend these books enough.

    This book was exciting fast paced action with a few surprises chucked in the mix and wrapped everything up with the good guys winning and balance restored to the underworld. This part of the series bought all the different types of supernatural creatures involved in the previous books together and the ending was definitely unexpected in a very nice way. Very enjoyable series would recommend this author and series
