    I very much like the books in this series about 4 sisters. Each has mystery, romance, Christian values. Each sister finds her love & her happy ever after.
    Book 1: Started out strange to me with an earthquake & Stella's workplace. Michael proves to be her savior. They both have secrets that have to come out.
    Book 2: Erica loves being an airline stewardess because she feels safe up in the sky rather on the ground. She thinks she is protecting herself from a very bad past. That proves wrong.
    Book 3: I liked the second chance for romance with April & Kiel & the way it came about. To find out who is after April you have to read the 4th book that completes the series.
    All 3 of these books have quite the twists & turns that kept me engrossed. I had to keep reading, hardly doing daily life work, to get to the conclusion.

    I love Joy Ohagwu's novels, she's an awesome author!
    This series are about four orphaned sisters and their journeys as they struggle to trust God and grow their faith in him as trouble and danger threaten to surpass them. This is Stella, Erica and April's story. Just one more to go!
    I found that the 3 books totally filled my expectations. They all kept me on the edge of my seat at times, while they inspired me to let God take control of my life and trust that He knows best and has my back even in the hardest of circummstances. He's the One who can bring good out of bad situations.
    The characters are relatable and feel very realistic. I was totally inmersed in their struggles and my rooted for them.
    The plots are captivating and with twists that will keep you engaged. I totally recommend them, to christians or non believers. It didn't feel too preachy, and I like that.
    The romance is sweet and clean, just as I like it!
    I really don't know which one I liked best. Probably April's story, but I really loved each one very much!
    Looking forward to the release of the last book in this series! Can't wait!

    This collection of stories rated a solid 4-star for content and characters alone. The grammar was sometimes mixed up like maybe the author’s first language isn’t English. Having said these things, the stories were interesting, kept me turning pages, and had me completely invested. I wasn’t always in agreement with some of the doctrinal elements but those didn’t detract from the story. I highly recommend reading them if you enjoy inspirational suspense romance.

    Book 1. Hard to get into. Stella meets Michael and within days they are in love, but afraid to tell the other person secrets from their past or that they love each other. Being afraid keeps getting in the way of most of the plot in the book. It kinda got old.
    Book 2. Secrets again with Erica. She meets her man at Stella and Michael's wedding as he's Michael's best friend and he also happens to be a US Marshall. Slightly better than book 1, but not by much.
    Book 3. The best of the 3 in my opinion. Thought it was strange that Erica left the country without telling her sisters where she was going. Maybe you want to disappear, but let someone know where you are in case something happens to you.
    End of Book 3 ends on a cliffhanger. So you either buy the next book or don't worry about the 4th sister. I'm sure it's not anything I'll read again.

    While serving as an Airline Hostess, the next sister meets a handsome US Marshall. He begins to pray about a relationship with her, but doesn't even see her again for quite sometime. One day she will need his help in BC spite of her outward confidence. She is afraid of being on land more than being on land. Why is that?

    Then there is April, whose a supervisor of a large Crime Lab, but is falsely accused and sent home while under investigation. She has always been a very thorough investigator and is totally blindsided. Her world is turned upside down. How can she ever recover from this event? What should she do next?

    Joy's writing is good. The story lines keep you wanting to know more so you stay interested. I love that Joy is my sister in Christ and the main characters in her books know the Lord personally. I was interested enough in the characters, that I looked up and bought the 4th book as soon as I finished these 3. Family is everything! It helped me remember how much I need my sister.
