    I was thrilled to get this continuing story of Aurelie and her Viking Anders.
    Although I didn't really care for his attitude in the first book, I still loved his
    character and the love he resisted feeling for Aurelie. This book begins
    where the first ended. Anders and Aurelie are traveling to Lundborg, the
    home of Anders' family and his father the King. Anders seeks the permission
    of King Magnus to marry Aurelie. I see that Anders is really doing a decent
    job of loving Aurelie even though she still gets punished by him pretty frequently
    she seeks it out and seems to thrive under his hand. There is a continuing dislike
    of Magnus for Aurelie and that is a problem that must be dealt with eventually.
    Anders' brother Olaff is charged with going to battle when Aurelie's brother is
    found approaching Lundborg land and King Magnus gives his permisson for Anders
    and Aurelie to marry. The relationship between Princess Aurelie and Prince Anders
    continues to evolve and seems to me, to grow more loving in nature, in spite of
    Aurelie's repeated little rebellions and consequent punishments.
    As far as I am concerned Anders has won my heart finally, he shows real potential to
    be a strict but loving husband while Aurelie continues to earn her corrections, she loves
    and thrives with them. I see there is potential for more of their story if Ms Brandon
    should decide to visit these wonderful Vikings again. I hope so, I can't seem to get
    my fill of Aurelie and Anders, Long Live The King!!!

    A continuation of the Viking's Conquest which is well done. The bondage is superb although there is a little more cruelty than is necessary considering where their relationship has grown.
    The rescue was unlikely but necessary.
    I'm not sure the new king would have been as benevolent towards Magnus

    I was so excited to see the next instalment of Ms Brandon’s Vikings had been released. I thought the first book would be hard to beat (pun kinda intended) but boy was I wrong! Anders is back, bigger than ever, and the evil (but deliciously sexy) punishments he has in store for Aurelie are a feast for the senses.

    Although Aurelie has landed on her feet and is due to be married to the prince, not all is plain sailing, however. Magnus tries to throw a spanner in the works, but can he be dealt with? Time will tell. Aurelie, in her new role, is about to be thrown in at the deep end with court politics, and with her demanding husband - life may not be easy but it certainly filled with delicious rewards!

    A sexy, saucy, scintillating read! And I want more!

    This book is very much like the first in that is heavy on kinky sex and spanking. I enjoyed that part quite a bit. This would have been a four star read except for two things. One there's a lot of repetitive language. I lost count on how many times the heroine skipped somewhere. Two the character development for the two main characters is really slow and they don't grow all that much. Which caused me to get a bit bored in the middle of the book when nothing seemed to happen except them have sex. I'm all for a hot read but I like character development and a story too. Overall the plot wasn't bad. There were one or two loose ends that weren't tied up but they may have been left as an opening for another book. I enjoy Felicity's books and will continue to read them.

    I can't imagine being a taken captive by a Prince. Everything I know and love... gone. And being claimed as his. His possession, his bride, his to shame and love. But that is exactly what happens to Aurelie.

    Prince Anders is the Viking warrior who captures and possesses Aurelie. He wants and makes her his own. What comes to burn between them is the hottest flames.

    And both want more so they take it, and one another. Love blossoms, and deepens.

    This is a captivating book of seduction of senses, of the mind, body, and soul. Felicity Brandon did an excellent job with the characters, settings, and emotions. I can't wait to read more of her books!

    Wow! Having not read the first book in this duo, I don't think I missed much. While I don't like humiliation - it makes me beyond uncomfortable - author Felicity Brandon use of that particular kink seamed measured. This author's masterful storytelling presents incredible characters, compelling plot and subplots, and does so with her easy-to-read, eloquent prose. If you like romances on on the dark side with a kink of pain, then THE VIKING'S POSSESSION should be your next book purchase.

    The story of Anders and Aurelie continues in this book. I loved the addition of the king. This story still had BDSM, Master/slave, but it was a lighter story. I enjoyed the deepening of the love between Anders and Aurelie. The only thing I wanted was for the story the continue. Felicity Brandon did a great job on this one as well.

    This was really 4 1/2 stars. If you read the first one you really can't miss the Viking's Possession. I think our hero has become a little more loving and more possessive as time has gone by. Loved his father in this one! The sex is just as hot (fans self) and there is plenty of action to keep the narrative moving along. By the end I felt their relationship had really evolved and they were truly in for a happily-ever-after. Felicity Brandon's writing is very solid and this was a real pleasure to read.
