Could a neighborly quarrel be motive enough for a late night murder?

Oscar has his own story to tell and a murder to solve. Oscar and his furry friends of the Happy Hills Canine Detective Club set out to clear Sam and Sara and find the real murderer of their grumpy neighbor.
