    You’ll meet Camden the newest member of Norcross Security and one of the Morgan brothers. He’s just out of ghost ops and not sure where he fits in. He has a large scar on his face reminding him of his best friend’s death. He’s fascinated with Saskia a ballet dancer but feels he’s not worthy. What happens when a madman kidnaps Saskia? Cam has vowed to protect her.

    This book kept off the page. Right away til the 20% mark you are stressed for this girl. Like it starts off in action . Thankfully we have cam to come around and figure things out with the help of the crew.

    Building the trust and understanding between these two was as easy as buttering toast. They were such a good couple together. Reading each other so clearly. And there’s like 2 chapters where you are gutted but I promise it’s necessary.

    I honestly didn’t think anyone in this series could top Vander Norcross. Camden Morgan proved me wrong. I loved the broken hero and his ballerina!

    This book was nonstop action. From page 1 I couldn’t put it down. Cam and Saskia were definitely on one heck of a ride. I loved that when Saskia knew she was in trouble the first person she called was Cam. She could have called any number of people who worked with her brother, but her gut reaction was to call a man who lived across the country and claimed to not be able to give her the relationship she deserved. Cam moved heaven and earth to get to Saskia and keep her safe. He was the ultimate protector and the book was very aptly named.

    I loved the development of Saskia and Cam’s relationship. Even though it seemed fast paced, their relationship really started months ago with their texts and calls. I liked that Saskia didn’t push Cam for a relationship and he came to the realization that he couldn’t fight his feelings on his own. They ended up being perfect for each other.

    I’m sad to see this series end. I have loved every book in the Norcross series. But after getting a glimpse of the Sentenal Security team, I am excited to see where that goes and hopefully get glimpses of the Norcross team as that progresses.

    The final Morgan brother finally falls in love! I have been eagerly waiting for Cam’s book for a while now and I am so happy it's here. I loved every minute of Cam and Saskia’s story. Cam is still struggling to readjust to civilian life and suffers from survivor's guilt. He doesn’t believe he is good enough for any woman, but especially Saskia. I really enjoyed seeing Cam heal a little and open up to love.

    “I will only ever see the hero, even if he’s a little battered and dinged.”

    Saskia is a dedicated ballerina. She is determined, strong willed, and extremely compassionate about Cam’s struggles. She is a true friend to Cam and lets him set the pace of their relationship for a long time. The kidnapping accelerated things and it makes them both realize how much they want each other, and how quickly it can be taken away. Saskia was just a wonderful heroine who was the perfect partner for Camden.

    “When you dance, you bring emotion to life and bring beauty into the world. That’s your gift. Mine’s to fight, to kill, to protect.”

    These two’s relationship was filled with a lot of action, tension, and a lot of intense kisses. It was just the perfect blend for me. I am a bit sad that this is the last Norcross personnel to fall in love but it's been a great journey. I also can’t wait to learn more about Killian and the Sentinel Security team!
