Top #50 in the entire Kindle Store

It took a death for me to realize a hard truth:
I'm not just the Sinners' lawyer.
They're not just clients.
They're family.
But my family is broken, torn apart by politics and dangerous factions who want to control us.
It's no longer enough to stick to the sidelines. It's not enough to be the face of the law amid the MC.
It's time to ascend.
Rex needs his First Lady.
It's time to rain hell.

What a beautiful ride!!!! 🏍🏍🏍
I am not ready to say goodbye to this series!!! It has been such a wonderful rollercoaster 🎢 but one I am willing to ride over and over again. Rachel is the last book in the Dark and Dirty Sinner MC Series. It ended so beautifully and so many questions were answered. Serena always leaves her readers happy and wanting more of her writing. If you are looking for a book that gives you all the emotions then hop on this and let the world of MC take you for a ride you will never want to jump off. Rachel and Rex is the perfect couple… they don’t take crap from each other but they have each other’s back like no other. I love their banter, protectiveness, possessiveness, but most I love that these two love each other so deeply. They overcame all their turbulence and came out on top. It is with bitter sweet that there will be no more Sinner books. This series is what made me fall in love with MC Romance.. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

Hopefully we will have the next generation and/or other chapters’ series in the future!

This is NOT A STAND-ALONE! It is the second part of a duet telling Rex’s (aka King) and Rachel’s story. Even if it wasn’t part of a duet, I still wouldn’t consider this to be a stand-alone read, as it is part of the last two stories of the Dark and Dirty Sinners’ MC series and it is part of the Five Points universe. There are multiple reoccurring characters, past, concurrent and consecutive timelines, and overlapping themes all over the place. Therefore, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend that these be read in Serena Akeroyd’s recommended reading order.

** Caution: The series contains scenes with reference to, or detailed graphic violence against females and children that fit into the storyline, but may be a trigger for some. High-level examples are listed below. **

If you have not read this story, or any of the previous stories in the series universe, then the following may also contain spoilers.

I have been looking forward to, and dreading in almost equal measure, the release of Rex and Rachel, because it means the end to this series. I know they will still be popping in and out of some of the other stories, but it just won’t be the same. That being said, this is an emotional story, made even more so because I went back and re-read the entire series to date before starting. It took me a while, but it was well worth the time investment.

We finally learn more about why Rachel is a witch (sub another word as needed), masquerading as an ice queen. The relationship between the two of them is different than any I have read before and not sure why some of this couldn’t have been handled earlier in the series, so more growth could have been realized with the most important figures in the MC.

Part of what I enjoy the most with Serena and this series is how it is written with multiple POVs per story, so that the story is built organically, scene by scene, and I for one feel like I get to know the characters more in-depth. I know this is a point of contention for some, but it makes it more realistic for me. I like the bonus epilogue that provides a long-term view of the most popular characters without providing too many spoilers about potential upcoming stories within the universe.

I felt that I couldn’t give this 5 full stars no matter how much I wanted to for two main reasons. The relationship and the way it was handled between Rachel and Rex and the timeline.

The two stories occurs in the past or consecutively with other stories, so they just fill in details from a different POV for the most part. There are a few new scenes that were not referenced previously, such as the baby shower, but they are few and far between. I really expected / hoped that their stories would encompass new material, but as it is written, the series could have wrapped after Storm’s and Keira’s story as much as it pains me to write.

As to their relationship, I still stand by my opinion on Rex, as I believe there is no way an alpha male, Prez of a 1%er MC, with anger management issues is going to let everything sit stagnant with the love of his life for 20 years. I don’t care if it was because of fear of irrevocably breaking something or someone, just wouldn’t happen.

There are some grammatical issues, but they are minimal, as I have come to expect with Serena’s stories. The biggest issue I have is with some of the terminology / colloquialisms used, as they do not fit in with the US readers’ lexicon or this genre. I uploaded my comments to goodreads for anyone interested. I share these for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow.

⛔️ The interwoven SERIES contains references to, or scenes detailing, subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some, including, but not limited to: adult language; derogatory terms; mental health challenges; steamy adult intimate scenes with dominance, submission, (play) spanking for pleasure, restraints, “bottom” play, breath play, sensory deprivation, voyeurism, exhibitionism, etc.; violence such as kidnapping, abduction, murder, death, torture, assault, fighting, alcoholism, betrayal, coercion, blackmail, rape, attempted rape, stalking, threats, subterfuge, money laundering, cheating, prostitution, human trafficking, mafia / cartels, arson, drug use, drug addiction, drug manufacturing, drug distribution, as well as the mental, physical and sexual abuse of females and/or children, etc.

The best series I've ever read. I have one thing to say; You should try to get the Sinners and Filthy series into a television series. That's how good and rich your work is. That's how much I enjoyed it. I'm not finished yet, I'm reading in order and sometime I'll read something different in between, especially when I start to sit and wonder what is Brennan doing (he's my favorite 5^) or one of the others. Loadstar is next, both her and Conor are special so this may be the most bizarre pairing of all. But I'm excited about it.
Think about the television series. Netflix appears to be the one to give you the most freedom to stay as close to the original writing.

What a great conclusion to the Sinners series. Rex and Rachel are the reigning King and Queen of the MC. I love how their relationship developed as Rachel fought past her demons. Rex was so understanding and supportive.

Rachel was also there for Rex in his grief. They really are made for each other. Rachel stepping up to be his Old Lady and establishing herself in the MC was great to see. She wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty to set people straight. The epilogue was great, and I was happy with how things ended.

So I just finished all 10 Satans Sinners and …. Just WOW!! 🤯 This series is long but it was EVERYTHING!! Laughter, Anger, Tears!! There were times that it was so heavy that I didn’t think I could finish but I am SO glad that I did!! I waited to leave my review until after I had finished the series so this review is about all ten books, not just Rachel. Every person I met along the way has left an impact and I feel that I know them which is how I know that this series and this author are the real deal. I didn’t follow the reading order by mixing it up with the Filthy series, I just read straight through the Sinners and I regret that slightly but this family had me HOOKED! Thank you Serena for literary gold! I am positively shook!! Now onto Filthy. After I finish the work day, that is. Guess I know what I’ll be doing over Christmas break 🤪

Amazing ending! Having everything fit into place, not only Rex and Rachel's storyline but also everyone else. Even though it was a happy and emotional book, It actually made me sad this is coming to an end. I've had a love hate relationship with this series but the last few books blew my mind.

Lodestar and Connor's story has to be the one I've been waiting the most for the longest time, can't wait!

I absolutely loved every book in this series. I waited so patiently for Rachel and was not disappointed, not what I expected but still pleased. The only disappointment I have is it’s all over. But I will have to read the series again😊 I truly felt like I could have been part of this story and lived in every moment. Truly enjoyed every word. Thank you Serena.
This series has some very true story lines and may be hard for some to read, but if you want love, sex, tears, pain, hope and commitment and a beautiful story of the dark side of real life, then this is a read for you. Enjoy!

Rex played the long game and earned his queen. Rachel didn’t make it easy for herself or him but she stepped up when it really counted. I loved reading how they were able to grow individually and figure out how to make room for the other. Their love story was hard won and so worth the read. Serena Akeroyd did it again. Loved it.
