A Grenadian transplant, Avril now lives in Tucker, GA, with a madly tolerant husband. Together they raise an eccentric daughter who’s pretty meh about reading and school. Avril’s earliest memories of reading revolve around discussing the plot points of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys with an equally book-minded mother.

    Another A. Ashton book to put me through and left me wanting more at the same time. After everything Pablo and Shane has been through, I expected smooth sailing but knew a test was coming for them. That test hit hard, I was scared for the world AA created because he's written in a way that you just know him and what he'll do if tested. My heart broke for them both but the physical agony Shane endured did me in.

    This book is a heart stopper and will leave you in a book hangover but watching Pablo and Shane is pure magic.

    Always love a follow-up with a favorite couple and this one is everything you can expect from this author but put into a pint-sized book. All the intensity and danger and passion that this author does so well. Also, it’s worth noting that I am typically not a huge fan of novellas but this was amazingly well done. Never once was it rushed or did it feel like the story was missing something due to the length. Just fantastic.

    Pablo and Shane get their crap together. That should have been the title of this one. lol I love these guys. I love the lengths Pablo is willing to go to for Shane. I love that he is willing to burn it all down for Shane.

    These two have such a push and pull to their relationship. It’s mired in all these complications and the simple fact remains: they love each one and want to be together. Getting there is the tricky part.

    I wish Pablo had given Jack a better lesson in the end, but I’ll deal with it. (Jack gets his redemption in What You Need and it’s wonderful) Shane and Pablo are fantastic and I don’t care how much they hurt each other, I will always be rooting for them.

    It had all the feels. Just loved this, these are the tough men that boos are made of. Pablo and Shane are back together again and they’re here to stay. This pulled me in straight away and had me hooked until the last word. Loved them together. Ms Ashton is so good when it comes to writing about those bad boys. Go get it now!
