- Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2016Format: KindleVerified PurchaseThis book is exactly what the title suggests. There are writing prompts, which we’ve all seen items like that before. But then there are suggestions on how to twist them. It really gets the creative juices flowing. This isn’t just for reading before setting out on a new book, it’s also great for when you get stuck in your current WIP. A well done book which was free when I got a copy.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2016Format: KindleVerified PurchaseThese plot ideas go so much furhter than similar books. I love how there is a short paragraph for each plot idea followed by three to four suggestions for developing the story. Any writer stuck in a block should look through these. They get your creative energy rushing back.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2016Format: KindleThis book provides you with some creative plots that are easy to use and everybody can implement them. The spelling can be better but the advice is good and this short book is easy and fast to read.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2016Format: KindleGanga wrote a book which was not so her types. I have read her suspense novel and I never thought that she would come up with an amazing concept. This is an e- book that is easily accessible and is cheaper in price. The book contains prompts of all sort of genres be it mystery, suspense, thriller, romance, erotica and many more. I feel this book worth reading and has uniqueness in it. It is way too different than those cheesy lovey dovey plots.
The best part is, even a non author can use these prompts to develop a story. Furthermore, it enhances our creative skills and it is a very good exercise for the authors who are suffering from writer's block. There are 60 prompts and plots which have been beautifully explained with sensible examples. I would congratulate the author for coming up from her shell and trying this type which proves out to be a success according to me.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2016Format: KindleWhen I started reading this book, I was overwhelmed & excited.
Why?
I am trying to be a writer and like many others, I always had a difficulty of converting my prompts into a Plot which could see the shaping of a new story.
This book is surely a boon for those who are like me. You would gets prompt but you may not know how to go about converting them into fullest potential.
This book offers 60 such different scenarios (though there may be more, you cannot expect everything in one book) covering different genres spread across various age group & categories.
All you need is go through this. Select the genre of your prompt and proceed further with the hints given in this book. I bet you would see yourself transforming into a good writer on the specific genre - be it Crime,Romance,Erotica,Suspemse, Thriller, Family Drama etc.
My best wishes to the author!!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2016Format: KindleThe good reviews here are paid, don't be fooled.
As a writer, I downloaded this book through Kindle Unlimited to check it out. It has poor grammar, horrid punctuation and most of the ideas offered are so poorly worded that they don't make sense.
Save your 5 minutes.
