    I loved this one. A big tough guy like Sheriff Travis finally finds his one. Topics of mental health, borderline personality disorder are tackled well and sensitively so. The care and knowledge put into it was well done. I liked Rina, she was strong and sassy and just needed someone to see and believe in her even through the bpd. Travis does that and more, a wonderful story of love winning out.

    A Home With Daddy is a DD/lg age-gap romance and the second book in the Serenity Stables series.

    Rina is on the run from her greedy and evil father. Penniless and hungry, things fall apart (or do they?) when the handsome sheriff shows up with cuffs. Realisations are made, feelings build, and throughout runs a theme of acceptance, love, and friendship.

    The author handles the mental health aspects with sensitivity and care, providing another layer to the story.

    I'm not at all upset over the fate of Rina's father.

    Although this isn't the usual kind of book I read, I enjoyed it, and am looking forward to Dameon's story.
