    Nobody writes omegaverse like Roe Horvat. I always love reading whatever he writes. This book was just as good as the others, but it has dragons, so it obviously gets bonus points.

    So the premise here is that Lawrence and Ernest meet one morning at Lawrence’s work, and after that interaction, they kept thinking of each other. Fast forward to a New Year’s Eve gala, and they meet again and go home with each other. They couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. They were like men possessed, and neither stopped to question it. Then the morning brings revelations. Turns out Ernest is a dragon and Lawerence is his fated mate. And Lawrence’s body has changed overnight to accommodate being a dragon’s mate. Quite a shock. Ernest is over the moon excited about finding his mate, but Lawerence doesn’t share the same exuberance. His body has changed, and now he’s stuck for life with someone he barely knows. Someone who happens to be able to shift into a dragon. It’s just a lot to take in for Lawerence, so the following chapters is them getting to know the person fate has stuck them with. It was great.

    I loved how obsessed Ernest was with Lawerence. He just wanted to constantly touch Lawerence and hover around him. It was cute and made me all giggly. Ernest would do anything to make Lawerence happy, and I was like what a man.

    Nobody writes smut like Roe. He has a way of writing many sex scenes, but they don’t ever get repetitive or boring. They are so good and so so so dirty.

    I enjoyed the characters in this. Ernest has a gigantic family full of dragons, but they are all amazingly sweet. Loved them. Even Lawerence’s grouch of a boss started to grow on me. His book is next in the series, and I’m interested in reading it. It has a character from one of Roe’s other books that I have read. I hated that man, but I also felt bad for him, so I’m wondering how the next book will go. We’ll see!!!!

    This was a lot of fun, and I loved it. The epilogue was also adorable. If you are a fan of the omegaverse, mpreg, fated mates, and dragons, give this one a try!!!

    I’ve been so disappointed by the last few books I’ve read. New-to-me authors that didn’t work out on my end. This was a total breath of fresh air. Lawrie and Ernest are adorable together. Their chemistry is undeniable (fanning face) and both of the MCs are extremely likable. Lawrie is shocked by the turn of events with his hot hook-up that turned out to be so much more. Although his heart is on board, his brain takes a bit of time to catch up. Ernest, on the other hand, can’t believe he’s finally found the one. He is the ultimate ‘boyfriend’ and Lawrie is immediately the center of his world. He’s a tall gorgeous hunk of an alpha and Lawrie has him wrapped around his finger in no time. Lawrie is about as opposite of Ernest’s usual omega as he can get. Far from blond frail and submissive, Ernest finds Lawrie’s intelligence and confidence just as sexy as his beauty. Lawrie is also all alone in the world other than his best friend Josh so to become a part of Ernest’s big family is like a homecoming. I wish there were more interactions with the family. Really I wish there was more, period. No drama other than of the work variety, this is just a lovely dragon-verse tale with folks I came to like very much. There is at least one more book for Davidson, the crabby irascible boss of Lawrie’s and Ernest’s friend. It will be fun to see him brought to his knees. I highly recommend this book and this author.

    Main thought: if you have a breeding kink, this is the book for you. It involves dragons and is MM (2 guys). I thought this book was interesting because the entire thing was smut breeding kink and there were literally no women in the book. I was confused how men in this book could walk around pregnant if they’re in the human world. Not the worst book I ever read but feels kind of wattpadish. The names of the characters were also a little odd to me but I can’t place why. I never read a book like this before, but it was interesting

    I’m a die hard Roe Horvat fan! Always so excited when I find out about a new book and I know without even reading it that I’ll love it because I’ve never read a synopsis of one of his books and felt disappointed if the book doesn’t live up to it.

    This book delivers on all accounts; deep connection, romantic, funny and absolutely SMOKING HOT 🔥🔥 chemistry and s*x. It combines two of my favourite things, Omegaverse and Dragons and boy was it done superbly!

    I loved the instant connection between Lawrie and Ernest and that it wasn’t immediately apparent that they were fated mates. Roe Horvat doesn’t just write incredibly HOT 🥵🔥🔥 s*x scenes (I love me some dirty filthy heat s*x!!) but he also is able to write deep connections between his characters that resonates with the reader and sometimes that alone is better than the s*x.

    I couldn’t get enough of these two and wished the book didn’t have to end. I could’ve happily read 200 more pages and it wouldn’t have felt repetitive at all and that would just go to show what a skilled writer Roe Horvat is and how he hasn’t not delivered a scorching heat level while still giving romance and plot and beautiful character development.

    This book has become my new favourite and I can’t wait for what I hope will be Davidson’s book next and we get to meet the special mate he’s waited so long for.
