One of my earliest memories is of the scent of Mom’s perfume; it smelled like home. I had no idea how much one memory would shape my future; then I lost her, and everything changed. But it gave me a purpose and helped me find my dream job.

    Fallon blows the whistle on her company and puts herself in the crosshairs but luckily her brother gave her the contact for Higgins Security before his deployment. Hutch is on his mountain to escape his military past but does occasional work for Higgins Security. When he is asked to protect Fallon he agrees never expecting her to be his in this wonderful read.

    Fallon decided to expose her company when she finds out some bad information. She never expected that they would send people after her. When she contacts a security company, they set her up at Hutch's cabin for protection. The two quickly fall for each other. When Fallon's company finds her and sends people after her again, Hutch is there to save her. Once the danger is over, will she stay?.

    Maybe having to flee everything that you knew to save your life isn’t so bad if what you get in return is love, his heart, his body, and the safety that comes from being in his arms. This story gives you all the protection, feelings and sexy times that you want without the angst and hand wringing that sometimes comes with protector stories. There are also some beautiful turn of phrases woven in here.

    After blowing the whistle on her company Fallon puts herself in danger. Thankfully her brother gave her info on a contact for Higgins Security before he was deployed.

    Hutch lives on his mountain. He's trying to escape his past. Higgins Security hires him on for occasional work. He's approached because Fallon needs protection. Little does he know that meeting Fallon will be a game changer! His life will never be the same.

    Fallon worked at Luxe Notes as one of the people who extracted scents from plants to make perfumes. However, the company has lied and does use animal testing. Fallon found this out one night when her boss’ boss called and requested things be sent to him from her sick boss’ computer. Finding a file that contained massive amounts of things that were evidence of wrong doing, she took it to the journalist, Echo, who had done a piece on Luxe Notes. Listening to the journalist’s advice saved her life. Listening to her brother did as well. I adore Higgen’s Security story and the HUGE family that they have made in Denver.

    Hutch lives on Alpha Mountain and does some work for Blake Higgens Security Firm every now and again. Blake calls on him to protect Fallon and he does. Holy Batman, people! Things go crazy from the evil company. I don’t want to give anything else away other than Hutch and Fallon hit it off from the get go. I loved hearing about some of the characters from Blake’s life in Denver and I hope that Charlotte gets her own book soon. I spent the majority of the time chewing on my nails and giving off fear sweat so I had to put my AC on. Hutch is wonderful with Fallon and so sweet and fun. But, we all know that Blake and his security team has no problem deciding to protect people from evil and harm. I squeed, giggled, lol, and muttered quite a bit while reading the book. I can’t wait to see what happens next in this series, and catch up on those books I’ve not read yet by this author.

    Fallen works for a luxury perfume company and when she stumbles upon some business wrongdoings and takes her findings so a reporter she has no idea she has unintentionally put her life in danger. She reaches out to her brother who contacts Higgins Security and Blake reaches out to Hutch to take Fallen in and keep her safe in his secluded cabin. Hutch has isolated himself away from he world and is dealing with internal demons but when he meets Fallen he vows to protect her and claim her.

    This is a Instalove novella set in Ember Davis’s Denver Family World. There is a little action and of course a HEA. If you like quick protector romance reads with steam this one is a decent choice.

    Snowed in with my Protector is simply perfection! With an amazing blend of action, intensity, drama, emotion, possessiveness, protection, and connection, I was sucked into this story on page one and couldn’t put it down. Fallon is a brave and brilliant woman who does the right thing—and ends up with assassins on her trail. Hutch is assigned to protect her and man does he deliver in the best of ways. The chemistry between these two is electric, and Iove how the author continues to build the tension between them alongside the drama and intensity of the plot. I enjoyed every moment of this fabulous read!.
